Appartamento nuovissimo nel cuore di Porto Ercole

Una bomboniera di appartamento totalmente e recentemente ristrutturato e centralissimo, a due passi dal lungomare (200m) ma protetto dal chiasso dei locali direttamente sul porto. Fermata del bus sotto casa (per spiaggia della Feniglia, Orbetello..) e tutti i servizi a pochi passi (Coop, alimentari, tabacchi, giornali, gastronomie, farmacia, bar, boutique e ristoranti). Completano la proprietà una doccia all'aperto, barbecue e un posto auto privato. Vicinissima la famosa spiaggia della Feniglia.

Excellent accueil, appartement superbe avec vue incroyable dont on ne lasse pas. Calme et pratique. Plage de sable immense à 15 mn à pied ou 5 mn en voiture. Localisation idéale pour des visites des environs (site archéologique, terme, etc…). Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et l’accueil de l’hôte. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Michel

Laura’s place was just amazing. Even better than the photos show. Everyone was so helpful and Boris was great with the check in and suggesting places to visit such as beaches and restaurants. The town is is easy walking distance and a lovely walk down in the evening for dinners along quiet paths. We visited with another family and it was the perfect spot. The views are incredible, the garden and pool are beautiful and the house had everything we needed including an extra garden room which was great to give a bit more space for both families. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back in the future. Thank you so much Laura.

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

Un’oasi di pace. Un giardino terrazzato curato in ogni dettaglio con una grande varietà di piante. Piscina con vista sulla vallata, la casa è dotata di ogni comfort. Soggiorno rilassante fuori dalla confusione. Consiglio questa struttura davvero unica!
