Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con grande piacere. La casa è molto accogliente, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per cucinare in totale autonomia. Un grande punto a favore è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà. Inoltre, tutti gli ambienti erano pulitissimi, la pulizia era davvero impeccabile. Cristian è un host gentile, disponibile e attento. È stato molto flessibile con l’orario di arrivo e ci ha fatto trovare un cesto con bibite e prodotti per la colazione, un’accoglienza davvero gradita. Durante tutto il soggiorno la comunicazione è stata sempre semplice e puntuale. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento e ringraziamo Cristian per l’ospitalità!

Ottimo alloggio in posizione tranquilla ma vicina al centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Pulizia ok. La casa è super accessoriata. Daniele risponde molto velocemente alle eventuali richieste. Consigliato.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte data la vicinanza alla stazione sciistica di Ovindoli (30 min) ma, anche se per poco, è stato tutto perfetto. Luigi disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, oltre ad averci permesso di arrivare oltre la mezzanotte ci ha fatto trovare un gioiello di casa. Pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, letto comodissimo e colazione pronta per la mattina dopo. Che dire, sembrava di esser a casa propria, torneremo sicuramente se ne avremo necessità.

This home is a genuine historic Italian home. It was a peaceful adventure. We walked and hiked everywhere, there are many well traveled and marked hiking trails into the mountains. You hear nature around you and have the most gorgeous view. The house is extremely cozy and has many features that are full of character. We made homemade meals from the abundant fruits, veggies, and nuts around the property. If you are looking to step into a storybook back in time with cobbled streets and historic buildings, this is the place. One needs to have a sense of adventure to fully appreciate this property. We took in the most gorgeous sunsets from the top yard. We hiked and explored the most beautiful and unexpected landscapes. No need to walk far, the town itself is a wonder. Go see Gabriella at the Taverna. She will cook you the most delicious meal and make you feel right at home. This property is truly a cozy home. If you are wanting to rejuvenate your tired soul, this place will do it.

Ho prenotato l’appartamento per 3 operai che lavorano con me. Che dire bellissima struttura, host super gentile anche per riservare eventuali giorni aggiuntivi e per qualsiasi richiesta sempre disponibile telefonicamente. Sicuramente prenoteró ancora in futuro.

Emanuele's place is the absolute best, I mean, magical on its own but also wonderful because of the host himself. He met us late at night to check in and when we hadnt eaten, tried to get us to take the food he had at home. He was the absolute most accomodating and friendly host I've met on AirBNB even after 15? years on it. The second night he and his partner welcomed us to dinner at their little restaurant downstairs and IT. WAS. INCREDIBLE. They hosted only us and gave us such an incredible meal, and such incredible wine and company, I truly cant recommend it enough. The AirBnB is absolutely stunning on its own....but also...the host really makes the experience.
