Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

We absolutely loved our stay at Heather's property. It is a lovely location right on the lake. My daughter loved taking the kayak out on the lake and exploring. It is extremely peaceful and beautiful. The inside was pristine. It was a clean and open space. We easily felt right at home. Heather was so responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the door locking and within minutes she was down to help us. We are so appreciative of Heather and her space!

Wow! This was our best experience with an ABNB. The home was immaculate and all that was advertised. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed the natural surroundings (birds chirping, frogs croaking, cranes on the lake, rabbits playing, etc.)
