It is furnished to offer you a few days of quiet rest in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, 6.5 km from the sea. This property can only accommodate two people. La salle des jeux pour les petits, la table des ping pong pour les ados, le billard et les extérieurs pour les plus grands ! rien à dire, c'était parfait.

My husband and I have just finished 2 weeks of our 4 week trip to France. So far this has been our favourite Airbnb and our favourite location. As a fan of mid century modern architecture I really enjoyed reading in the lobby about this historic building. I loved the design of the apartment with the 2 levels. Sylvia’s home is so beautiful. Gorgeous views from every room. Comfy bed and furniture to lounge on. Well equipped kitchen. Sylvie was lovely and easy to communicate with. It is the perfect place to walk out the door and have scenic walks for miles. Easy driving distance to see the granite coast. Thoroughly enjoyed and thoroughly recommend! Merci Sylvie!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit logement qui a tout d'un grand ! Propreté, confort et bien entendu un cadre parfait pour notre séjour à deux. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage accessible à pied et de la terrasse, c'était parfait. Audrey, co-hôte, a été réactive quand nous en avons eu besoin, merci beaucoup. Le canapé lit était vraiment très bien, c'était ma seule appréhension et je n'ai pas été déçue. Nous reviendrons probablement si nous revenons dans la région et nous partagerons sans problème l'adresse. ☺️ Petit cocon fortement recommandé pour votre séjour sur la côte de granit rose !

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the terraces very nice, modern and well-equipped apartment. The basement for the car is also a nice plus. Within walking distance to downtown and the beach. The highlight for us was that he accepted dogs, so we were able to spend our vacation with our Australian shepherd. A big thank you.

I just left Emmanuelle‘s wonderful aparment and definitely want to come back. We just met on my last day in person, but she was the perfect host: great communication, always available and very sweet. The apartment is very well equipped. The views are stunning. You just shouldn‘t be afraid of the ladder to climb up to the sleeping area. 😄 Luckily, I had a rental car. Perros-Guirec is a quite village itself. And perfectly located to discover the beautifil surroundings.
