excellent welcome, very friendly owners, very attentive to tenants, respond directly to our texts, inform us about the restaurants around us, a complete folder with all the information about the surroundings. The apartment matches the photos, nothing is missing, the bed is made and very good bedding, the bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower... the view from the balcony and the interior: the sea and the sunsets wow... go there without thinking, you won't be disappointed, the proof: we will surely rent again next year.

We had an unforgettable stay in this apartment by the sea! The location is perfect, with stunning sea views and direct beach access. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The owner is very welcoming and available to help us with everything we need. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

Very well located apartment in a quiet residence, appreciable parking space, close to the immediate sea, it corresponds to the description, it lacks nothing if you want to cook a little, thanks to Enora and Ronan for their small touches which are always very appreciated. I recommend it.

We had a excellent stay in a beautiful area. Lots of great walks to do. The apartment matches the photos, very well-equipped, very well-decorated and very quiet. Laurence gives all the directions for a smooth check-in. No complaints, we'll be back with pleasure!

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

We had a very nice week in Binic with Samuel! The apartment is really nicely located, quietly away from the town center, but still well connected. You can reach the beach or the GR34 in a few minutes and the nearest supermarket is also within easy reach. The apartment itself is very cozy and nicely furnished, you have everything you need for a cozy stay. Samuel is a very warm host, we were greeted directly in a friendly manner and received many good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!

Accommodation matches photos and description, very quiet place perfect for spending a few nights as a couple. We were there at the end of the tourist season and no regrets, well maybe one, not staying longer. We'll definitely be back.

Tregastel is beautiful. Mikael's place is very convenient to be so close to the beach. The area is peaceful and people were friendly. We had such a great time that we wanted to stay longer.

Le logement que propose Lucie est très fonctionnel, beaucoup de rangements et d accessoires de cuisine. il correspond parfaitement à la description et edt de qualité. Lucie est très accessible et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour et recommandons Lucie ++++. A bientôt.... qui sait.... 😉

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

Logement conforme à la description 🥰 Appartement moderne, bien agencé et très joli. Superbe vue sur la mer. Très bien situé, à quelques pas de la plage. Juste au-dessus de nombreux restaurants. Possibilité de faire ses courses à pieds (Carrefour market & boulangerie). Le bruit des vagues est agréable à entendre, même la nuit. La literie est très confortable. Propreté+++ L’hôte, Renan, est disponible, réactif et flexible. Très appréciable ! La région est magnifique ! D’autant plus que le sentier des Douaniers est accessible à pieds au départ de l’appartement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 3 adultes & 2 chiens. Merci !

Logement très bien situé dans le bourg de Ploumanach, à 2 pas de la plage Saint Guirec et des restaurants et glaciers. Très calme, lumineux, bien équipé, bien rénové. Juste une précision par rapport à l'annonce : il n'y a ni volets ni rideaux occultants dans les chambres, juste des rideaux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons très certainement.

Logement spacieux, calme et bel environnement. Dommage que la télévision et le wifi soient payants. Le logement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement au niveau des peintures. Bon séjour malgré tout, très belle région

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Mathias. La résidence se trouve sur la corniche en front de mer. Il suffit de traverser le petit bois de pins pour se baigner ou manger les pieds dans l’eau au Petit Bain, (bar à tapas), juste en dessous. Calme assuré et magnifiques paysages. Nous recommandons quand même la voiture pour faire les courses. 😃☝️Sans oublier la piscine intérieure, très agréable et chauffée pour les jours de pluie ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

A really great apartment within 2 minutes walk of a fantastic beach and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable and our daughters really enjoyed swimming in the on-site pool. We only stayed for two nights on our way through France but would definitely like to return and stay for longer.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

Un appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir la région de Perros-Guirec. La plage est accessible au pied de l'appartement et la piscine est fort appréciable quand la marée n'est pas à votre goût. La terrasse avec vue sur la plage est un vrai plus ! à signaler que juste à côté il y a 2 très bonnes crêperies. Barbara a toujours été réactive et à l'écoute de nos demandes, notamment pour notre arrivée dans l'appartement.

Logement avec une superbe vue mer et sur la côte de granite! Très bien équipé et propre. La place de parking est pratique. Nous étions une famille de 4 et l’appartement a été suffisamment spacieux pour une semaine. Restaurants et piscine au pied de l’immeuble. Et de belles balades à pieds accessibles. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré la météo!
