Villa close to beaches and port (50 m).

My villa is close to the beach, the port (50m) and restaurants with lovely views of the sea and the harbor. Its excellent south exposure makes it sunny and sheltered from the wind which allows lunch very often outside plancha or barbecue. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Downstairs is Ker Nelly's garden with children's games where you can walk them before going to the 2 nearby beaches or go fishing on foot.

Recently restored 17th century building to accommodate you in an exceptional bucolic setting. Couples will find a great spot to recharge their batteries in a self-contained outbuilding with sauna and hot tub. Great for short stays. Less suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility due to the stairs and bathtub. For longer stays, if you want to shower rather than take baths, don't hesitate to ask me.

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

It was passed down to us by our family. We have put all our heart and energy for a year to bring it up to date. It will be yours for a few days, we hope you will feel as good as we do.
