Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. ***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

We had a very nice time in Karlsbad. The apartment is well appointed and very well located. The city center and the thermal baths can be reached quickly. Only the street is sometimes a bit noisy.

We had a wonderful time. A perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours, beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation is furnished with attention to detail and wonderfully clean.

Located in a house on the edge of the forest. There is the possibility to sit in the garden and relax. From the house you can immediately start a forest walk. Karlsbad is a 20-minute drive away. I have rarely experienced such a beautiful place almost in the middle of nature. Julia's parents are warm hosts who do everything to make you feel comfortable.

The stairwell features a combination of warm orange walls and neutral-toned steps. A decorative black metal railing curves alongside the staircase, leading to a window that allows natural light to enter the space. A patterned carpet is visible on the lower level.
