We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. A good stay in Las Catalinas, very friendly and helpful staff; the house and the beach were all perfect, the only drawback was the hidden expenses they charge you at check-out.

Beautiful home, close to many restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that you can hear almost everything outside and if there are people talking or driving by it is easily heard in the bedroom but the neighbour hood is quiet otherwise, other than that it was a very comfortable stay and safe!

Hello…. I'm Rosalba from Costa Rica. There's no doubt that if you want to have a nice vacation, this is the right place. A spacious, clean place with a fully equipped kitchen, pool towels, comfortable furniture, nice clean beds, and nice decor. Nothing more to ask of you. The host was super friendly, he answered very quickly, since the room was ready he allowed us to check in earlier, clear directions. The place is close to everything, safe and beautiful. God willing, a place to return to.

This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

Check-in instructions were sent well ahead of time and Jennifer provided perfect directions to the home. My teen kids and I enjoyed the full open space in this home, with the communal living room and main balcony being amazing to make family memories. All the great restaurants, shops, and beaches are within walking distance of the home, while the home remained very peaceful. Definitely worth the money spent for our forever memories. Thank you!!!

The pictures truly reflect reality of this unit and 360 Splendor. We went at the start of June and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the 1st floor, 20 steps away from the infinity pool with an amazing view of Flamingo Beach. The balcony of the unit also has water view (of the bay behind). There is a nice gym, 2 hot tubs, and an open breakfast area, all on the top floor where you get the full 360 view which is amazing during a sunny morning. Breakfast costs $15 and you need to let them know the evening before. The unit itself is on the small side but sufficient for a family of 3 or 4 and has everything that you need to cook a meal. Getting to 360 Splendor may be a little challenging on foot if you have any physical issues. It is a fairly steep 0.5mi hill. But they have a few golf carts available to take you up and down. I am about to write 2 other 1* and 2* AirBnb reviews following our vacation, so I'm not writing reviews for the sake of it. But we really enjoyed this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Playa Flamingo. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful views from both balconies, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The location is fantastic, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The pool was also a highlight It was super clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. Highly recommend!

The place was clean and private and my family enjoyed several days exploring the area and enjoying the pools. We really appreciated David's hospitality in welcoming us to the place when we first arrived. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

We love going to Reserva Conchal and Daphne's place had everything we wanted, from plenty of bedrooms, to a great location and view overlooking the golf course. Once inside the reserve, we had access to both The Westin and The W and all the amenities they had to offer. Great place to spend a weekend.

Nice place, awesome swimming pools. Beds too hard for me, but husband likes very firm mattress. Easily walk to anything you need. Busy, busy town.

We have stayed in lots of places with AirBnb, but this place was extra special. The views were incredible. We loved having the beach so close by and the marina with walkable restaurants. Very safe area day and night. Then there was two pools on site both with views. We saw a troupe of monkeys in the trees behind the apartments on day 2 a real bonus. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a welcome bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our holiday! Book this apartment we won’t regret it! What a beautiful place!! The condo was everything like or better than the pictures . The location and the views from the deck and patio could not be closer to the ocean . The grounds and pool were very well taken care of . The white sand beach was wonderful to walk on every morning . Such a clean and safe beach . The concierge was very responsive and helped book some excursions and a golf cart for us . The workers also set up chairs with towels under an umbrella everyday. The condo itself was extremely comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked . We made dinner there 3 nights . We did walk to Coco Loco for dinner 2 nights and it is right next to the property . We preferred walking to the other places ( Margaritaville , JPs bar and grill and Hibiscus Bagel and cafe) in the day since the streets are narrow and not well lit. We did not rent a car so rented a golf cart to go to the grocery store and drive to the marina . We had a wonderful and relaxing stay .

We had a great time! The location was fantastic - walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. Hosts were so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend if you want both a beach town with great hospitality

The view grabs you the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen, living and dining room are open with a view of the pool and pacific. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The master has a view too! We opened our eyes to rainbows from our bed several mornings. It was magical. We used the outdoor shower more than the indoor. We loved it. The house, pool, view, layout, privacy of the location and Enis’ professionalism were all top notch. It highly recommend this airbnb.

Out family couldnt say enough great things about the host and the home. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our 7 member adult family had plenty to do, great recommendations from the host. Extra accommodations when asked. House was beautiful and clean. We engaged them throughout the trip and we felt like VIPs on the complex. I highly recommend this host and property. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!!

We came to Claudia's place as a last minute when the place we booked months ago turned into a construction site. Claudia made us feel cared for. The house, on a nice quiet street felt spacious, comfortable and safe. We spent many relaxing hours on the private enclosed patio. The kitchen was nicely equipped, the beds were good. No trouble with keys or entry. It's an easy walk to the beach where you can rent 2 loungers and umbrella for the day ($30), OR use the house's beach gear including camp chairs, mats, coolers, wagon etc. We utilized her beach equipment when we took our car to other beaches in the area. The gated parking area for our car was great. You could easily get by without a car here as there are lots of restaurants and shops in walking dist. Our favouritess were the Buzzed Monkey BBQ in town and Soluna Beach Bistro ( by car) upscale dining, great prices, as recommended by Claudia. We RECOMMEND this place and should we come back would happily choose it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mono Feliz! The villa had everything we needed to have a relaxing, peaceful stay in Costa Rica. The beach, beach club, shops, restaurants, and town were all in walking distance. After enjoying the day with all the area had to offer, it was especially nice to come back to the villa to dip in the pool. Hosts, Jeff and Gina, were attentive to our needs along with onsite management, Justin. Pura Vida!

The outdoor space in the house is absolutely wonderful! Spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub, and lounging in the hammock. We had some difficultly finding the place and Jennifer was very helpful. We used Google Maps with no problem in La Fortuna, but I would use Waze here. The house has a ton of security features which made us feel super safe. It’s a great location to the nearby beaches and the grocery store. The house could use a little TLC (some kitchen cabinets falling apart, doors that don’t latch well, toilet paper holders that were loose, and could use a paint job), but none of these things took away from our wonderful time at this house and we would definitely return. Pura Vida!

Alex was the best host! He listened to all our needs and provided a full itinerary for our stay. We had a driver, Johnny, who took us everywhere and made us feel safe the entire trip. The house was absolutely beautiful—3 spacious levels that fit all 7 of us perfectly. The infinity pool was stunning and perfect for gathering and taking pictures. We spent a lot of time at the house and still wished we had more days. We had a private chef a few nights—each 4-course meal was immaculate. Breakfast was made fresh every morning by Alex’s wife and daughter and was delicious. One of the highlights was the 4 masseuses who came for massages and body scrubs—pure luxury! This was the most relaxing and exciting trip I’ve had in a long time. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed! They also have a second house next door if you need more space. We’ll definitely be back!
