Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Playas del Coco

Everything was great. It’s actually on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. I think that should be made more clear. Not a big deal to me but for some people it could be. Otherwise, the team was responsive and ready if I contacted them and the view is great. Clean and very nice place.

The condo was perfect for our 10-day stay in Playa Del Coco. Plenty of space for two couples, cool AC, great patio with pool view, well equipped kitchen, all as shown in photos. We walked to the grocery store, to town, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the beach club, the pools, and pickleball courts. Raquel from Brokers was very helpful and patient, proactive and communicative from the time we reserved through our departure.

This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

The location was quiet and easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Grocery store is one building away. Host was on premises. Friendly neighbors nice pool.

Place was great in terms of location since we were there to surf. Very happy with amenities incl the pool and on site fitness room which got use every day. Melissa was super helpful and responsive to any issues or questions we had and would definitely rent again.

This villa felt like one of the stunning, stylish villas you see on the TV show Love Island! Every space was beautifully designed, modern, and luxurious — the perfect setting to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. I also really appreciated that the villa included concierge service, which made everything effortless, including arranging a private chef for us. From start to finish, everything about this stay was seamless and elevated. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway!

Absolutely gorgeous home that fit all 8 of us very comfortably. The sight the balcony presents was otherworldly no matter the weather and no picture does it justice, house was very modern and had lots of essentials provided as well as extra amenities. Overall An amazing stay with An amazing host who was extremely responsive and booked us excursions (zip lining and jet skis), gave us amazing food recommendations, and was ready to help us at a moments notice. A must book if you want to experience the best of Costa Rica!

What a fantastic home. Absolutely beautiful and with all the amenities you might want. We had two families of four who stayed and it was extremely comfortable. Great pool. Also very close to town (could walk even) and amazingly responsive host. Absolutely will come back.

A beautiful place, surrounded by nature and very quiet.

We booked Oasis Del Mar for parents and 6 adult kids and significant others. Was exactly as pictured beautiful home, private gorgeous pool with plenty of space to hang out. We rented golf carts to go to town area but lots of restaurants within walking distance. Added amenities included access to the beach club and fitness center down the street. Was perfect week for our group of 8. Would definitely book them again. Everyone at Tropical Vacations was friendly and so responsive.

Our stay at Villa la Selva was excellent! The house has everything you need and is in a beautiful neighborhood that felt very private and very safe. We even saw a family of monkeys climbing trees in the backyard which was really cool! Joel was extremely proactive and had excellent recommendations even connecting us with a private chef who came to the Villa and cooked a beautiful dinner for us. We enjoyed breath taking sunset dinners at Pangas and Lola’s right on the beach—the food and drinks were delicious. JW Marriot is right around the corner from the Villa and is a place you should check out during your stay. Top shelf experience for us all the way around. We will definitely be back!

Great and huge condo. Awesome patio view, you can heard waves, birds and monkeys. Very large rooms and shared spaces. 3 full bathrooms was helpful for our group. Well stocked kitchen. If we had a need the management company was extremely helpful and quick to response. Proactive communication by the management company. Great value, I highly recommend. Only slight downside is getting to beach isn’t far, but not direct from the condo. Wish they shared a pathway with neighboring properties. But not a horrible walk at all.

Patrick provided a fantastic stay and experience. His communication was excellent. The location is ideal, and the space is comforting. I stayed for approximately two weeks, worked daily with multiple video calls each day, and never had an issue. Wifi streamed regularly at about 200 MB down. I've stayed in Pacifico frequently, and this is one of the better units. Highly recommend.

We recently visited Las Catalinas for a wedding, and our stay was perfect. Rosa's place was exactly as shown, had all the amenities we needed, and is ideally situated in to everything in town. The entire staff that help manage the property, and environment in Las Catalinas is incredible, and we would definitely visit again!

Joanna was a great host. Flexible and very accommodating when we’d made a mistake with our booking. Due to the time difference communication was a little delayed but that couldn’t be helped but needs to be considered. The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you’d require. Pacifico itself is a beautiful complex with everything you need right on hand. The pacifico complex has standards and rules that are gently enforced by the local security chaps who were all lovely so it’s nothing more than gentle advice if they feel the need. Kids jumping in the pool or music a little too late were two examples we encountered. None of this took away from a lovely stay in a lovely place.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. This beach condo was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best views I’ve ever had the pleasure of waking up to. From sunrise to sunset, the scenery was nothing short of breathtaking. Watching boats head out in the early morning while sipping coffee, with the sound of waves in the background, was pure bliss. The condo itself was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need—even a professional chef, which was such an unexpected luxury! Whether lounging on the sun-drenched lawn, relaxing by the pool, or just enjoying the peaceful ambiance inside, everything felt effortless and relaxing. Getting down to the beach was a bit of a hike, so I’d recommend driving if you have the option—but trust me, it’s totally worth it once you’re there. A truly special place I wouldn’t hesitate to return to. Highly recommend!

We went to Costa Rica for a bit of relaxation, so we chose coco beach as a calm beach option (we had enjoyed Tamarindo's activity last trip, and wanted to try a different vibe). The place was fantastic. The pools were plentiful and well kept, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was great. If you are looking for a condo that really just feels like a resort, this place is fantastic. The property has a nice gym on site ($45/week) and a beautiful new grocery store at the entrance to the Pacifico. There are multipe restaurans walking. The beach club was great, and though there is a $35 charge daily per person, $25 is credited towards your food and drink. The air bnb was fantastically appointed, had cable tv, all the cooking tools you would need, and an infrared grill on the patio. The unit feels secluded as it sits behind some beautiful flowers, separating it from the pool deck, but is literally first floor and less than ten feet out the back to the pool. Perfect for relaxing

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
