The room is fine, the bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. The only thing missing was a place to dry the bathing suits, a clothesline would be nice.

Overall we loved this place. Highly recommend. Calin met us upon arrival which was helpful. Location is great. Short walk to the beach and short drives to 3 other beaches Several restaurants in walking distance. Nice friendly community in a cluster of condos. If you’re staying more than 5 days buy some extra toilet paper and paper towels. And bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. It was a great start to our 3 week adventure in CR. Beautiful place right in front of the beach. Well equipped and looked just like the pictures. We did not have any issue in our stay. Fully recommended if you are looking into a private place with beach access

We stayed for a month and loved the place. All the pools and proximity to the beach and restaurants were wonderful. Luis was a great host and the few small issues we had (broken toaster, no tea kettle) were quickly resolved by his property manager Laura. The condo unit was as advertised and great for four people. One thing to note is that they dont want you to flush toilet paper down the toilet (there are waste bins). Overall, if the previous point is not an issue - then rent the place!

Great spot for anyone visiting Del Coco, very close to city centre, just a couple of blocks from the beach. I enjoyed early morning swims and watching the sun set everyday 🤍 Diana’s place was perfect for me to rest and relax, the pool and laundry in the complex really made this the perfect spot unwind and enjoy my stay

My husband and I took our first family vacation with our 2.5 year old son, and Pedro's home was the perfect family-friendly location. First, the home itself felt even nicer than shown in the pictures. The home was spotless, spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. Our toddler was delighted by all of the beach and pool toys on the property, and the pool has a large shallow ledge that made swimming much more accessible to him. The pool was cleaned every morning by the groundskeeper who was very friendly. The property is fully gated, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing that Pedro and his wife lived on the third floor, and the groundskeeper also lived on the property. That said, our stay still felt private. The location and views simply cannot be beat. Each evening, the sun sets directly in front of the property over the ocean. Playa Hermosa as a whole was quiet, calm, and welcoming, and I'd argue that Pedro's home is the best property there.

Had a lovely stay with Katarzyna. Very attentive hostess that treated us like family. The condo was very conveniently located, minutes from the beach and 10-15 minute walk to stores and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor space. Great neighborhood with bars, restaurants and convenience store nearby.

Great place altogether, easy to access, great communication with Clermont and has everything you need. Good space, so you don't feel locked up, it has kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 TVs, table with extra chairs... The bedroom is comfy and everything felt private, despite being in front of the pool, which is a nice add. About a 15' walk to the beach and even quicker to get to a market for example. Really recommended!

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

The Bungalows near Flamingo Beach truly lived up to my expectations. The views surrounding the property were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, which was a lovely spot to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was immaculate and well-maintained. Our host was exceptionally helpful, providing prompt responses to any issues we encountered and offering valuable suggestions for local dining and activities.

Private and secure location. Having beach chairs was awesome and beach access to Ocotal was great! Great spot for families. We appreciated regular communication and check ins- many thanks to Mark!

The view from this unit is unparalleled. Great space and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet at the pool.

This place exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do justice. The restaurant at the top is AMAZING. Lizette, the person who received us, is a beautiful person and very knowledgeable. Don’t think twice to book this!!!!

Kathy’s condo was in the best location with walkability to the beach and many restaurants. Everything was convenient. This was my first time to Costa Rica and seems to be common but there was no hot shower. It was non issue for us because it was pretty hot daily but didn’t have it on the radar because I am from the US. Everything was great and the host was communicative. Would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was lovely — beautifully styled, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view was spectacular, offering a high vantage point over the beach that made every sunrise and sunset feel special. It's also in a great location, very close to all the best beaches around Potrero and Las Catalinas. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Logan’s place was an absolute paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The pool is amazing and a lot of fun! The garden is beautiful and brings so many different kinds of nature to watch. We saw something different everyday. His staff is very helpful and friendly. It was the best place to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Thank you!
