absolutely loved this place. luis was very helpful and made sure i had everything i needed. location was amazing, walkable to everything - the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. for a studio it was very spacious with a huge outdoor patio, full kitchen. everything that i needed was fully stocked and everything we very clean. also, lots of windows which gave the place a great airflow. would 100% rent here again.

I recommend anyone visiting Playa del Carmen to stay in Playacar, it's a beautiful place. We were very happy with the apartment and the complex's facilities. It's a very quiet area, full of nature. We requested a transfer to The Reef in the golf cart, with the recommendations indicated, and everything was wonderful. The guys are very nice. The times I needed to communicate with Rogelio, he responded instantly. Even before we retired I thanked him for his attention and made two observations: the lack of electric turkey, we are Argentinos and mate is our life companion, and a parasol would be very useful to be able to enjoy an afternoon at the beach, Rogelio was always open to solving it. We will definitely be back.
