Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa Tortugas

I stayed in this apartment for a week with my two adult daughters. The apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. It has two complete bathrooms which was a plus for us. The king size bed was really good. One of my daughters slept on the pullout couch and she said it was very comfortable. The terrace is very spacious ! With a table and chairs. And even lounge chairs. The best part of our stay was Our host Jessica is the true definition of a Super Host!! !! She responded to everything within minutes always helping with a beautiful attitude. I recommend this place to anyone. And we’re sure we’ll be back Thank you Jessica !

Bedding was clean, shower was clean, running hot water at all times. No smell in the bathroom. Pool was clean and beautiful and host was very friendly, called me once I landed and met me at the airbnb. Everything was walking distance. Main beach and all the restaurants. Did not run into any problems. Thank you for the great stay!

Mercedes was an amazing host who was always happy and willing to help and made sure we had an impeccable stay at what already was a perfect location. Great AirBnB hosted by an great host. Highly recommended.

Super Lage direkt am Strand. Balkon mit Meerblick. Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte fußläufig. Schöne, komfortable Wohnung. Küchenausstattung ein wenig spartanisch. Größere Kochpläne sollte man eher nicht haben. Es empfiehlt sich einen Mietwagen zu haben um Einkaufszentren und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen, ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig, sofern man mit Strand und Meer zufrieden ist. Leider keine Jalousien oder Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten nachts, was uns zum Frühaufsteher machte. Sicherheit und Sauberkeit der Anlage hervorragend. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Amazing place with all the amenities will defintely will be coming back or even thinking of buying a place in the same building…. That’s the experience it give us A bit down is that is far from the city centre and amenities as important as closest grocery shopping is at least 20 min by car but if you can rent a car or plan ahead and do the shopping is amazing location for a really disconnect trip

We enjoyed our stay here! We booked last minute and everything was ready and even was available for early check-in that day if needed. The location is very nice along the north part of the Hotel zone with easy access to restaurants along the strip or in the city. The grounds are beautiful, not too big and so the pool was very close, and the beach was just past it! The beach was as others describe- very calm, shallow for a long ways and perfect for little ones or relaxing in the water! There are designated swimming areas marked off. This is a two bedroom hotel room and, like others have mentioned, the entrance opens into the first room. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and there are doors separating each space. There is a door separating these rooms to the unit next door, which you can hear very easily through. Everything was clean, no bugs, and water pressure was good. The shower is a rain shower head, which may be why some have noted lower water pressure.

Every thing & everyone were super! Condo is very nice & comfy! Great location, the view is amazing. Private but also had the amenities of the property (great restaurants on site, bellmen, tour arrangements in lobby & store for basic needs ). We spent our anniversary & my husband’s birthday here for 7nights. We’re pleasantly surprised by hosts on our special occasion. So much to see & do so close by! Larger grocery just a bus stop away. Pool & beach chairs always were always available. Great security on site 24/7. The bed was amazingly 🥰so very comfortable (and I am picky). The air conditioning was super! Trust me, central ac is a must in Mexico!! (for me anyways) and I am from a hot/humid climate in the USA. The washer/dryer was a nice plus as well ! I have been coming to Areas in Mexico for 30 years and would highly recommend this condo!! Would definitely come back. Thank you Juan & Edith for making our vacation one to remember 😘😘.

Excelentes anfitriones, siempre estuvieron al pendiente, la casa limpia y tal cual como se describió y como está en las fotos. Nos dieron muchas recomendaciones e indicaciones de como llegar a los lugares. Mi familia y yo les agradecemos mucho sus atenciones y amabilidad. Super logement qui correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles et nous ont accommodés pour notre heure de départ. Communication facile. Je recommande ce logement qui est à quelques pas d'une superbe plage et qui offre la piscine à quelques mètres du logement.

LOVE LOVE this beautiful place!! Perfect location away from the busy of center. Gorgeous view to the east and west. Lots of space. Rooftop decks amazing! Great pool and outdoor relaxation space. Cannot wait to return

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

This was my second time staying here and I seriously love this place. It's not in the main part of the island, which is exactly why I keep coming back -- it's super peaceful, quiet, and feels really secluded in the best way. The views of the ocean are absolutely stunning, and the space itself is gorgeous and super comfortable. One of our favorite things to do is grab a nice bottle of mezcal or tequila and make our own cocktails to enjoy out on the balcony, just staring out at the Caribbean. It’s honestly the dream. If you're looking to get away from the crowds and just relax somewhere beautiful, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back again.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs on three continents and this was the best. Beautiful terrace with a BBQ and plunge pool literally 4 steps from the beach. The 4 bedrooms and beds are all massive and with their own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need with a huge double fridge freezer. Plenty of paring in a private gated villa complex with a security guard. Ivanna was an excellent host who responded very quickly to anything we asked and gave lots of local tips, especially restaurants. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s place in Cancun! The property was exactly as described clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Juan was a great host very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Excelente lugar, tal cual se ve en las fotos y se describe el lugar. Muy accesible, cerca de playas, supermercados y gasolinera. Volvería a hospedarme en lugar si regreso a Cancún. BONUS, dentro del condominio hay una tienda y sirve comidas por si no quieres salir del lugar encuentras todo ahí mismo. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo saliera bien.

Excelente estancia, lugar agradable y bien ubicado en la zona hotelera, la vista al mar es hermosa. El apartamento es amplio y silencioso, las amenidades más que suficientes para una estancia agradable… El apartamento tal y como en las fotos… Miriam siempre atenta a cualquiera de nuestras dudas… excelente anfitrión.

This property is located in hotel Takh and is absolutely stunning! The place was very clean, kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, in unit washer and dryer with detergent, 5 gallon jug of filtered water, cleaning supplies, extra blankets, and even a first aid kit that came in handy during our stay. We could tell hosts put a lot of thought into making their property a great “home away from home”. The Wifi was quick, AC was cold, and the two smart TVs were perfect for relaxing. The balcony and panoramic windows/sliding doors provided a gorgeous view of the lagoon. There’s also a pool on the roof which the hosts provided extra towels for. The only downfalls of this place is that the bed is EXTRA firm… and there’s only a few restaurants within walking distance and they close early (6-8 pm). Overall, we loved it and we would definitely return in the future!
