House vacation rentals in Platteville

The house was just as described in the listing, very clean and comfortable. Our teens loved the finished basement and we all loved the pool, backyard and patio! We highly recommend this property!

Stayed 2 nights and absolutely adored the location and everything it had to offer. Neighbors were very helpful when saw us struggling with cover. beautiful sites when on a walk, and beautiful hiking sites. Will be visiting again and made us almost want to move down there! best part we were able to bring our pup xena.

This was a great house! 7 adults and 3 little children. The kitchen is much bigger than it looks in the picture and was great for cooking family meals. Spacious with comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. The absolute best part of this house was the huge back patio and side yard! The kids rode their scooters, played t-ball and soccer. We made smores each night by the firepit and enjoyed the hot tub. We never used the pool because there was just too much to enjoy outside. Short drive/ walk to Ogallala beach, beautiful views. Easy drive to town and to the 2 golf courses! Just a great stay!

Shari did a great job accommodating all my reservation changes! She communicated well, responded quickly and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

We traveled to Omaha with our kids and grandkids for a wedding. The location was perfect for us. The grandkids enjoyed the pool, back yard and arcade games. Would stay again.

Loved this home! Pictures don’t do it justice. It is SO homey. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is basically stocked 100%. The porch, deck, and patio have tons of furniture so you can stay cozy outside! Pool wasn’t opened yet, but it is huge with a diving board! Great communication from owners. You can tell they genuinely care about this home.

We loved staying at Brandy’s Airbnb. The home was lovely and easy to spread out a little bit. We had a lot of children with us and there were toys and a playpen to make it easier to keep them entertained. We chose this location for the pool. Brandy was communicative and made sure it was in great shape for us our whole stay. We loved it! My only caution would be for guests with young children; there is no fence around the pool itself. We were very aware of locking doors and keeping track of young ones, but it was worth it! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to do it again sometime!

This is not our first stay here and this will not be our last. The house is set up perfectly. Everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and warm at night, but not too warm with adjustable settings. Didn’t use the hot tub this time but it’s a very nice big one with great jets! We have stayed at this air bnb twice and both stays were great experiences. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything we need to cook our own meals. Appliances are all new and work great. For our first stay we arrived at night and had a little trouble seeing the gravel driveway in the dark but after that first arrival it was easy to spot. We will definitely stay again!

The stay was great for my family of 5 - 3 kids ages 2-7. We felt very safe and it was a good walking distance for pool and park. And a good driving distance for kids things to do in nearby towns. Will stay again if back in the area!

This was the perfect place to land on a cross-country move, it was cozy and comfortable and easy to find, some good places to eat within walking distance and close enough to the highway that we could easily deal with our moving van. We would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet and cozy. A great little spot to getaway for a few days. Not too far from Lincoln at all and the town, Eagle, has a GREAT little restaurant called Bailey’s. Overall, it was exactly what I was looking for!

We’ve stayed here the last two Memorial Day weekends and hope to stay again in the future! Highly recommend!

Bruce's place was comfortable, clean and attractive. It was very well equipped with kitchen tools, cutlery, dishes and appliances. The location is great for the university and downtown, and near Oak lake, which is beautiful with the evening sunset.

I had a wonderful stay. The house is so charming and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. While the house is small, it doesn’t feel cramped in the least. You have everything you need in a very workable space. If I need a place in DM again, this will be my first choice.

I grew up in Saint donatus and know a lot of the locals down at Massey, it was an honor staying close to friends and family again. A remote location that captures the serenity and peacefulness of Iowa. I loved showing my wife and daughter the lands I used to call home.

Her home was absolutely perfect for our family dynamic—comfortable, spacious, and filled with everything we needed (and even things we didn’t realize we needed!). Additionally, the personal touches made all the difference. From the sweet gestures she left for our children to the homemade bagel bread (which was out of this world!), every element reflected care and love. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set this experience apart! If you're considering booking—do it! You will not regret it. This was the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

Jen was an extremely responsive host. Google maps did not get me there, but if i had read her instructions, I would have seen the explanation of how to get to the cottage. There is limited reception there, so I should have taken notes prior to arrival. Jen met me outside and got me in within minutes of my arrival and made everything about my stay easier. I really enjoyed how quiet the cottage was and how inviting the host made it! Would definitely come back!

Looking at the photos from the listing I was a bit skeptical that they were accurate and a bit in disbelief that such a modern space like this was real, really had to look closely to rule out that it was AI, but it was just as clean and refined as the listing showed it to be. We had a great long weekend and will definitely seek this one out on our next trip to Lincoln!! Thank you for being a delightful host :) Adam & Kayla

This house is beyond amazing. felt like home as soon as I walked in. Perfect for my son and I. He really enjoyed the air hockey table downstairs and we did play on it.

Awesome place to relax and get away from everything. Make sure you go to the Marina. Thursday night is wing night. Friendly, helpful host. Will help with anything you may need.

We had such a lovely stay at John's home. The views were spectacular. The bed was so comfortable and so was the couch. We wish we had more time to stay longer. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
