Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with KING bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

Sun yourself on the patio, or nap in the shade of the covered porch. We're sure you will love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children and no pets. Outdoor relaxing space, gas grill. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Our little spot is right on the mighty Mississippi river, a beautiful spot to relax, fish, bird watch including eagles! We feature a large deck facing the water to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail to watch sunsets. When you’re ready to settle in for the evening, we have ready-to-cook kitchen, grill, WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix, fireplace and comfy seating. So just relax! Be advised, there is NO television and that’s for good reason. Cook, drink, eat, play, relax and refresh yourself. Wake up to the songs of birds and listen to the owls at night while you’re warming yourself around a bonfire.

This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!

Located less than half a mile from Platteville’s Historic Second Street, about a half mile to the nearest Roundtree Branch Trail access, and less than a mile from UW-Platteville, we are within walking distance of most of Platteville’s main attractions!
