Lovely house, super nicely decorated. Cute and spacious and luminous. Pool and gallery very lovely. We loved Mougins, the town 7 min by car (old town) is to die for. Cutest restaurants. Close to Cannes and Nice. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended. Hosts very welcoming and all process ran super smoothly. We loved the house! Perfect for the 5 of us.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s perfect if you are traveling with another couple as the second room is very private. The views are gorgeous and the beach is walkable (just be aware that walking up the driveway is a workout!) The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies which was great for cooking dinners. The host was also very responsive. Theoule-sur-mer is a great town for biking. The local restaurants were delicious. We went before busy season so restaurants weren’t open all of the time but when we did get to dine there it was delicious! We would definitely book again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

Loved staying here. Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. The views were outstanding and the apartment had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. Jean Jaques was extremely helpful, would definitely recommend and would like to stay again.

This property was perfect and extremely comfortable! The views were peaceful and bucolic, a true French country experience. This property is with a short driving distance to areas such as Cannes, Mandelieu, Grace, St. Paul de Venice, etc. Julien could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. First stay in this lovely villa. We’ve been coming to this area for our August holidays for the past 8 years so know the area well. Now as the family are a bit older, this villa was the perfect upgrade, not to mention the great little pool which our children loved and spent every hour of every day in. Jeroen was always on hand and available to answer any questions we had. We look forward to returning next year!

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us lots of tips and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with all the necessities. We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

The house was very homey and comfortable the projector was very fun for me and my family the two dishwashers was also very helpful for my large family. The property management team was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They even provided stamps for my family. It was overall a very good stay and a very comfortable experience.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Natalia welcomed us personally to her great, clean and very stylish Villa. Very helpful was the handmade recommendation Book with various restaurants, boulangeries and must sees in the area. Natalia always responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly! She even brought us breakfast as the fridge had some technical issue! I could not imagine a more helpful and friendly host! I can recommend Natalia’s place if you are looking for a quiet place which is close to great locations. All in all: perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. We had a great time at Bergerie St Andrieux. Each week for 4 weeks one of our children came to stay (along with their families). Each of them said how much they enjoyed their stay. The house was perfect for 2 families as the sleeping areas are completely separate (even 2 sets of stairs) so we weren't disturbed by children! The outside eating area was ideal - we ate all our meals there, including barbecue's and a couple of great wood-fired pizza evenings. The pool was excellent - it was separate from the house and secure so we didn't need to worry about the children and was large enough and deep enough to have a proper swim. The views from the house are stunning. It is difficult to take walks directly from the house but mostly a short drive will take you to the start of a good walk. And, Fatima was very friendly and helpful in dealing with the minor issues we encountered.

A fabulous stay in Valluaris in this beautiful home that we made ours for a week. The area is beautiful and great location to enjoy la Côte d'Azur. Our host was extremely accommodating and on hand for anything we needed

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!

A wonderful stay with my family. We have a 1 year old son and this was perfect. Pool is close but out of sight, and no stairs to worry about inside the apartment. Anne was brilliant and very dear with instructions. Valbonne is a wonderful town and very very close by. The area is so beautiful. A wonderful week! X

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!
