Very large duplex apartment located on the 3rd and fourth (last) floors. The whole is served by a private elevator. At the reception level: > 4 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms, including 2 jacuzzis, 4 Japanese toilets, 4 showers. Each room has a large flat screen, a safe, a wardrobe or dressing room, plenty of storage and hangers, individual air conditioning. Blackout shutters and curtains ensure a perfect night. > 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, steam plant, ironing board, etc. 1 Wc guest. At the next level: Living room, very large open kitchen with, among other things, wine cellar, ice machine, living room with large screen and direct access to the terrace. The latter, equipped with sun protection.
