House vacation rentals in Plage du Midi

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Good base for exploring the region. House had great outdoor facilites although our use of them was very limited unfortunately due to bad weather. Kitchen was well equipped. Good communication with Jean-Philippe who was very responsive. Thanks!

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Very friendly host, always willing to help and quick to resolve any issues. Super fast responses and the place was in excellent condition. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back if I have the chance!

Near perfect place all around- location, pool, comfort. Could use a curtain separating bedroom from bath and thicker blinds.

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

Had a nice stay at Veronique's. Cottage was neatly clean. Wonderful view on the harbour. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Communication with Veronique went well, always responded very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately felt at home. Celine and Stephane were incredibly nice, warm and always helpful. You can tell that they really care about the well-being of their guests. We would book the place again at any time and would highly recommend it. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Very nice welcome from the hosts and clear and useful instructions! The house is great value for the money because it is close to the city center by transport and the house is well arranged and clean! Ideal for gathering with friends (in our case for a bachelorette party). Thanks!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how incredible our stay at Julie’s place was. The villa exceeded our expectations — beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, with great views and a private swimming pool. What truly made the experience special was Julie herself. She was an outstanding host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and gave us some truly helpful recommendations that made our trip even better. We were a group of six, including two toddlers, and every one of us had a wonderful time. The space was perfect for families, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious villa in Colle-sur-loup, that is 45 minutes away from Nice, Cannes, Monaco — look no further. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Beautiful rental in a fabulous place, exactly as described. We had a brilliant time, wish we could have stayed longer!

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We felt right at home. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were welcomed, everything was explained to us and we felt safe and secure. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality was really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

Absolutely stunning spot! The views were even more beautiful than the photos, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. The host was responsive and welcoming, and everything was clean and cozy. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a pleasant stay at Noura's place. The listing is true to the listing description and very clean. We particularly appreciated its location very close to the beach and all shops are nearby, bus...etc. We were hosted very well by Noura's brother upon arrival and departure. See you soon. 🙂

We loved our stay at the house. The view on the Mediterranean is stunning. The house has everything you need and more. It is comfortable and for a 2 bedroom house it is very spacious. Would recommend the accommodation to anyone.

We stayed 6 days in this great place. Very nice, well-appointed and functional studio. The small garden with terrace and parking in front of the house were a plus. The owners are adorable and attentive. The location is great and the bus allows us to get to Cannes in 15 m. We recommend this place without any problem as we were so happy there. We'll be back. Fantastic place and hosts! We got in very late (1am) due to delayed flights. Nonetheless the hosts were communicative, friendly, and patient. Greeted us at the gate upon arrival even though it was so late at night. The garden outside is magical. The kids loved playing there, seeing the fish pond and plants and pet rabbit. The location is excellent for walking to a nearby beach club or public beach. It’s also super quiet at night, important for light sleepers like my wife. The place is charming, well set-up, beautifully decorated, a pleasure. Thank you for having us!!

Superb property. Stayed for nine days with my young family. The children and we loved it. It's extremely peaceful and the home is large and comfortable and very clean. Leticia and her husband were fantastic.
