I loved staying in Cannes. Léa is very friendly and was very easily accessible. The accommodation was as described and the location is really great... just a few minutes' walk to get to the harbor, beach, old town. Glad to come back 🥰

We LOVED our stay here!!! Everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The bed was super comfortable and they went over and above with the little touches like welcome box, great coffee, yummy jam options etc etc. It was also perfect location so close to everything and the instructions of where to park and helpful tips was amazing. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Our stay at Clive and Lily’s studio in Cannes was amazing, the highlight was the view from the balcony. The location was ideal and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, highly recommend and already booked our next stay!

Michael was friendly and professional. He was accommodating with an early check in which was much appreciated, and showed me around the apartment. This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

A huge thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment is a real little slice of heaven: facing the sea, quiet, beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. Everything is designed to make you feel good… and it's a success! Parking space is a real plus too. A big thank you also for your warm welcome and kindness — it makes all the difference and really touched us. We leave rested, smiling... and a little sad to have to leave this little piece of happiness. Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Very comfortable accommodation. It's more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Small, perfect for a couple of 2, maximum 3 people if a family. There were three of us, the little girl was very happy.

We had a lovely 5 night stay in the apartment. It has a lovely private garden perfect for breakfast in the sunshine and the grounds are beautifully maintained with an assortment of palm trees making you feel like you are in your own piece of paradise. The sandy beach and promenade can be reached within a 2 minute walk and there are lots of restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob and microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The beds are very comfortable, we used the bedroom as a dressing room and slept on the sofa bed which was surprisingly great. Karine was a fantastic host, very friendly and great communication. We loved the apartment and would happily return and recommend to family and friends.

We had such a wonderful stay here in Cannes. Ghislaine (and team) is extremely responsive and kind. The apartment had absolutely everything for my family (soaps in the bathroom, coffee and tea, umbrellas, A/C, etc) which made staying here an extremely pleasurable experience. In combination with an unreal view, central yet peaceful location- I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If you get the chance, definitely book this place!!

Just amazing! Everything like in photos: nice , tidy, sunny, comfy, silent and clean apartment, great view terrace and nice shared pool. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apartment is in very great location (near sea and old town and bus stop and as well as I know parking option in a garage downstairs). Good and stable wifi internet signal suitable for work. Communication and check in/out was very easy and the hosts are very polite and gentle people. So apartment is highly recommended. 10/10 and we'll definitely will be back here.

Everything was just like in the photos. The view is perfect. I wasn't bothered by the size of the apartment, because it's well designed and homely..We knew it was on the 5th floor, so we were prepared for that, luckily the staircase is very tidy. We felt good, it's a pleasant place.

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!

What a great apartment! You can’t get anything close to this from a hotel (they would be 2x the price!). Everything you need and a great balcony with a wonderful view! The location is in town, so everything is close, including the nightlife. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it all, this is the place for you!
