Two guest bedrooms each with Queen bed and private decks; fully equipped kitchenette; living room with flat screen tv, and music sound bar. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.
