Beautiful A frame cabin amongst the tall trees. Very clean cabin with crisp clean linens and cozy beds. A large patio with comfortable furniture and a grill made for relaxing time outdoors. Within walking distance to the lake in a safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend and would stay again at this cabin.

This property is beautiful. Views from the main living area/kitchen and from the deck are really special. It was just nice to sit, talk, eat and play games inside. Using their equipment on the lake made our stay extra fun for our group. The weather was perfect so we really got to enjoy the lake. Just be aware the walk is a bit steep with equipment in hand.

The home was super comfortable! The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts! Tons of hummingbirds to see! Having a large group like I did the house was spacious and full of potential to host. There were several TV's and lounge areas it was a great get away. So close to Folsom Lake, and San Francisco!

Ankur was such an amenable, sweet responsive host. He was easy and laid-back, but also provided everything that we needed and got back to us promptly with answers to any questions we had. The property was beautiful and as described. Clean sheets and towels in every room and bathroom. Super close to town and easy to get to.

Wow Wow Wow!!! The view and grounds are amazing! The beds are all very comfortable and the linens are super soft. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which made dinners easy. Plenty of seating and tables for all 8 of us. Bathrooms are updated with all of the amenities. The outdoor area was our favorite. They have many outdoor option’s when it comes to seating. Couches, lounges, chairs, beautiful large grass area, not to mention the kayaks, paddle boards and tubes. Steve and Sachie’s place is conveniently located to many of the surrounding cities. Our favorite restaurant was a very short drive and so delicious. Twelve 28 Kitchen will not disappoint. I have to end this review with Wow the view is amazing from this home. Excellent place for three families to stay while in town for a wedding! Close to town, yet peaceful! Great for kiddos lots of books and toys for them to explore. Great outdoor space and eat to access with lock box check in and out. The only negative were had were the back room and bedroom were very warm but we also had exceptional hot weather! We had plenty of room to sprawl out. Fully stocked kitchen was very helpful. Comfy beds and loved they had a pack and play ready for us 😊 would definitely start again when we’re in the area! We stayed at Denise’s beautiful home and it was better than I even thought it would be. Beautiful home, spacious and had a full game room which was a nice hangout. The hot tub and fire pit were great as well! Love how the house is set up and it’s right next to a perfect hiking trail. She responded quickly and was great as well. Excited to go back!

Great place to stay and explore Lake Tahoe. We had a great time!

Steven was very friendly, easy to reach and fast responses. The cabin is quaint and comfortable, if the couch was a bit bigger might be more comfortable. The kitchen was perfect and being that we stayed in for dinners was fantastic, the stove and hood system was amazing! Loved the bedrooms in the upstairs loft, super cozy and comfortable. Would absolutely return and appreciate Steven's communication and overall positive approach!

Marinas place is a Great serene lakes cabin. Good vibes and super tidy decor and amenities. Top notch kitchen. Lovely great room with cozy fireplace. Helpful friendly host and clear instructions to make the most of the stay.

This place is a real find, we booked a last minute weekend when our sons' soccer tournament fell through - we wanted a quiet place in the woods next to some water and this is exactly what it was. Clean, peaceful, relaxing cabin in the woods. Our kids loved the loft / den area and the games room. The whole place was clean and functional. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful. Will definitely consider staying again - thank you!!

The Black House was the perfect mountain getaway for us and our dog! The fenced in yard was lovely, with a festive fire pit in the middle lit up with lights. The house was tastefully decorated and well appointed with all the amenities we could ask for. Such a comfortable and scenic spot!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect cabin for our stay. It was less than 10 minutes away from Boreal Ski area where we were going each day so extremely convenient. More importantly, though, was the thought put into every detail in the cabin. Anything we possibly needed was there. It was as if I had supplied everything from our own home which is a relief when staying with a family of six far from home. There was plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other also. The wood burning fireplace stocked with all needed fire and starters was such a bonus and so appreciated on the super cold nights. I highly recommend this cabin and hope to come back again in the summer to enjoy it in another beautiful season.

Our winter getaway at this cabin exceeded all expectations. The warm and cozy atmosphere made for a perfect retreat, with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate our group of four adults and three children. The spacious layout allowed everyone to both rest and enjoy themselves. The surroundings were serene and peaceful. Based on our wonderful experience, we wholeheartedly recommend this cabin.
