With all new appliances including a gas stove, a record player with plenty of records to choose from and organic cotton bedding on a very comfy king bed, you won’t want to leave! Guests have access to a washer and dryer and can request any special items they need. Memory foam sleeping mats are also available. The walk is only 3-5 min to shops, bars, and restaurants!

Kitchenette; hot plate, toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Fast Wifi, TV, premium cable Dogs allowed with additional cleaning fee that ranges from $10-$25 a day based on hair and dirt. A few stairs inside the house between levels. Single bed in the living-room. Lovely patio outside for smoking.

Bald eagles have been spotted on occasion! As a guest you will have access to a very private spot on the river where you can try your luck panning for gold or fishing. You can also just relax while reading a good book, skipping rocks or just dip your toes in the water.
