Vacation rentals with a patio in Pizzo

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located, has two pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer. Great welcome from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

The accommodation has everything you need and is modern and well equipped. The small complex towers above the slope with a wonderful view of the sea. You absolutely need a car for shopping, etc. Eva was always easily accessible and provided us with great tips. We stayed there for 2 weeks with a baby and felt very comfortable.

The accommodation was as described, clean, comfortable and easy to reach. Communication with Brigida was always clear, quick and efficient.

Responsive and clear host, equipped and clean apartment. Located in a condominium with other homes, so very well cared for. the town is very quiet, the beach can always be reached by car. from the balcony you can enjoy the sea view!

The place is beautiful. The accomodation itself was fantastic and newly renovated but it was Maria and Vincenzo’s hospitality that made this stay so memorable. Having the two as hosts for the weekend was one of the highlights of our time in Italy. It’s truly something special to unexpectedly stumble upon such warm and welcoming people on your travels.

Vittorio was an amazing host! He was super friendly and asked if we needed food and offered to drive us to the station when we asked for a local taxi’s telephone number. We we’re there unfortunately for only one night but we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. Beautiful new home very close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of amenities, numerous clean washrooms and bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus! Very safe and private, and our host provided many recommendations and help when asked. Nice and close to Tropea and easy driving! Definitely recommend a stay here!

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Antoinette kindly picked us from the train station and offered to take us back up our leaving. The space is very large for a studio and the outdoor space is an added bonus. It is a quiet neighbourhood about halfway from railway station and town. Antoinette had quick response time. It can a little noisy from next door unit but was very quiet after 11:00. Would return to this property if the chance arose.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Located high up, the MARASUSA estate offers you a superb view of TROPEA, both in the morning and in the evening, at sunset. Maintained daily by Carmelo, the tireless and very responsive intendant, the site has a very clean and thoughtful swimming pool, green lawns watered every day, carved trees...Superb estate ... MEYKE and GUY's apartment, very clean, and tidy, has a beautiful open terrace, bounded by walls and hedges. In the apartment, there is also an A/C at the top, a very nice bathroom, but also a lot of storage, which is super appreciated. Nice rental ….

We had a fantastic stay at this rental in Zambrone, Calabria. The host (Teresa) was very helpful and arranged for us to check in, although our plane was delayed and we arrived at 10pm. The house is small but well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The outdoor space is beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Indoor parking is private and safe, and the sunset view over Stromboli is priceless. The house is located in a strategic position, a few minutes from the center of Zambrone and the beautiful beaches, 10 minutes from Tropea and Briatico (we recommend Goccia di mare beach). However, to get to the beaches you need a car, as it is on the hill. The place was great. The garden and apartment were very well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The area is very quiet, the beach can really be reached in less than 10 minutes. The host gave great tips and was very kind. We will be happy to come back! Highly recommended!

Giuseppe came in person to welcome us. His apartment was recently renovated, so everything is in great condition and perfectly matches the expectations that one makes when looking at the site, in fact it is better with the undisclosed precautions, such as mosquito nets at all windows, which do not spoil in August. The house is still being embellished, in a quiet and reserved setting, but minutes from both Nicotera and Nicotera Marina. Truly a nice experience, perfect for discovering its beautiful land. Highly recommended!
