You immediately feel comfortable and at home here! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's whining at a high level. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! Fantastic stay. Views from the terrace were incredibly and apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Elisa had some fantastic local recommendations for restaurants which we made the most of. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay in Sardinia, great villa especially after booking fairly last minute. Host was great, sent loads of good recommendations. Location is quite remote with not loads around so would recommend a car.

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

We had a lovely stay at Francesco’s. The hosts were all very attentive and quick with communication. They truly thought of everything with this suite!! And we loved meeting Sam 😊

We had a great stay as a family of four at the apartment in Olbia. The accommodation was exactly as described and we were very comfortable right from the beginning. The modern, high-quality and at the same time simple furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. Everything you need for a relaxing stay was there: fresh linens, a complete set of towels, soaps in various designs and an espresso machine, which I was particularly happy about. The terrace is a real highlight – flooded with sun in the morning, perfect for an outdoor breakfast. The location is ideal: In a few minutes you can walk to the old town with numerous restaurants and cafes – you don't need a car here. For more comfort, we recommend booking the underground parking, as the roads in the area are often heavily used. Marco was always friendly, accessible and helpful. Check-out was straightforward. Definitely recommend!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Beautiful peaceful home with magnificent views of the water, lovely garden & very comfortable living. 5 minute walk to beach (which has a small restaurant) & pool. 30 minute walk to closest restaurants or 5 minute drive. Very relaxing holiday!

Claudia End Gregor's place was lovely. It was very homely and spotlessly clean and very peaceful, probably down to the time of year that we visited. The little things like various condiments and containers to use to go to the beach were very handy. We ate in every evening, due to the local produce being so fresh and nice and to just soak up the sunsets which were beautiful. Great place thank you

Perfect location in Porto Cervo with breathtaking views. Lovely apartment as described. We had a great stay the only tiny thing that lets it down is the 10am checkout.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

We were guests for three days and can recommend the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, Eulalia was always available to us. Fresh fruit, Water and yogurt were available for us. The place is clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings.

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a great location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The furnishings of the apartment are very good, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has great views and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The communal pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

A great apartment perfectly located to enjoy Olbia and the surroundings. Very clean, well equipped and with a large pleasant terrace. Stefano is very responsive and gave us all the information we needed to get there. In addition, parking is really convenient. we recommend this rental!

The reception was very friendly, the apartment was very cozy, the area very nice. The apartment was just as shown in the pictures, we felt very comfortable right away and the terrace overlooking the harbor was fantastic. The place offers everything you need, in the immediate vicinity there was a great restaurant, beautiful boutiques and a supermarket. Cannigione is also a great starting point for exploring the coast.
