We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. Upon arrival, we were seduced by the setting: breathtaking sea views, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a beautiful beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat. The welcome from our hostess was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little piece of heaven, which we would recommend without hesitation.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

We absolutely loved staying at Elena’s condo! Exactly as described and was super clean! We needed some recommendations and Elena always responded with extremely helpful advice. The area is very slow and quiet which we loved. Within walking distance of all Porto Rotondo has to offer!!

Norma’s place was sparkling clean, a few meters from the beach and from the piazzetta. The apartment we were looking for for our holidays in Porto San Paolo. I can only recommend!

Excellent and very well equipped apartment with a beautiful veranda and garden (private). Simona kindly showed us around and explained everything. Very well equipped kitchen. Sofa bed sleeps well. Beach, harbor and village within walking distance. Also other nice places close by. In short, an excellent place to have a pleasant stay!

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly approach to my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge upon arrival. A shop a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this place. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with nice people again. Best regards🌸

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Central apartment in a particularly quiet area, ideal for visiting various places, beaches and eating in excellent restaurants on the Costa Smeralda. Need to have a car for travelling around. Perfectly clean and everything you need for your stay is available. There is a lack of light in the various rooms, which therefore remain cool, certainly a good thing in the summer. During the months with not exactly summer temperatures, there are still wall-mounted air conditioners that also allow you to heat. Parking near the house, on the street (very quiet, frequented only by the few people who live in the area). Andrea is a very professional, precise, kind, discreet and helpful host. Perfectly managed check-in and check-out with remote communication. Have a nice vacation.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

Our stay at Kimso's place was great! The instructions are clear, and we had no complaints. The amenities were ideal for a family of 4. We recommend it.

Very nice place to stay with direct beach access, which is more reminiscent of a lake beach - but beautiful. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The very helpful and friendly caretaker let us in and gave us good tips for our stay. We would mist definitely visit again.

Great cozy place feels like home.

We had a great week at Giuseppe's place. His wife was very available and kind. A very quiet area not far from the beach, small supermarket, nice restaurant and the main road to discover around. Olbia within 30 mins. Budoni 5 mins away. A great pool, clean, beautiful, equipped chair etc….. Thanks a lot

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We really enjoyed it.

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

We spent a wonderful week at Ilaria's with our sons (4 + 5 years).😊 The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Ilaria was extremely helpful and always quick/very easy to reach. Our absolute highlight was the dinners on the terrace/balcony with amazing views. The highlight of our sons was the beautiful pool.

a highly recommended stay. The house was impeccable, it is very quiet and with um jardin very practical. Leonardo's house surprised us pleasantly. both leonardo and Titziana were very friendly and helpful
