Lovely wee place, our room was spacious and comfortable. Host was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Killin is such a beautiful place too!

Susan and Michael were wonderful hosts. The room was very clean, and their home, including the garden, offered a lovely retreat. My girlfriend and I felt very comfortable in their accommodation. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the cat who greeted us every morning. Michael also gave us many tips for the rest of our trip, which we included in our itinerary and thanks to that, we discovered many more beautiful places.

Mark greeted me with a smile and showed me around. Having my own sitting room with TV, tea/coffee and small communal fridge to help myself and store my food. My quaint bed room was very large & bed comfortable. My own bathroom had a large bath and individually heated. Anne's dedication to ensuring her visitors have a positive experience was very much appreciated. I felt like I was at home. 35 yrs in the Air BnB industry is a testament to their passion. I wish them all the best .💓

Sally was a great host and her house is so cute. There is a toaster, microwave and fridge. Space is clean and comfy. Walking distance to town and the beach. Highly recommended for visiting seabird centre where u can see Northern gannets divebombing in front of bass rock.

...spending teatime with John in front of the fireplace and having a nice chat was the most beautiful experience. He helped with the pub selection and even reserved a table for us. He also dried our wet things and the highlight: Scottish breakfast with fried egg, bacon, black pudding and haggis. Delicious! Thank you so much, John!

Great starting point to visit loch lomond and the trossachs

Lovely little spot — and a solid breakfast to start your day of adventure! We were in a room with four beds — fairly tight space, but convenient. Harry was a very warm host and the location was perfect for our trip from Edinburgh to Inverness.

I'm really happy that I chose to stay with Jennet. She is a kind, welcoming and overall lovely host who made sure I was comfortable. Her home is beautiful, clean and calm, and I really recommend staying there. Its also right in the centre of Edinburgh and there couldn't be a better location. As a side note, for breakfast she served me some of her own jams and fruits which was a wonderful touch!!

I spent one night at Sue’s place while walking the Fife Coastal Path, and I would have loved to have stayed longer. Sue was very helpful and welcoming and made me feel right at home. I appreciated her recommendation for dining at the Inn at Kingsbarns, which was very enjoyable. The room was bright, spacious and clean and the bathroom spotless. Sue has a lovely garden and it was very pleasant sitting outside. Breakfast was very good too. Sue’s home is an excellent place to stay in a beautiful area and pretty village.

Katerina is a charming woman, a wonderful host, takes care of every shortage, pleasant, very caring and friendly. The property was very clean, comfortable, pleasant, and met our needs. Every question we asked was answered. Katrina provided us with breakfast, groceries, every day, even though we only paid for a room. The bedding was pleasant, fresh towels, a sparkling bathroom, and a clean room. The property is very close to a bus station, the ride to the city is fast, the availability of buses is very good. I highly recommend staying at Katerina's home to anyone interested in visiting Edinburgh. Katrina is a lovely, lovely woman!!!!!!

We had a great stay with Alastair and Sarah. The location is great, within a few minute's walk of the shops and restaurants. The room was cozy, Sarah was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great! This is a great place to stay if you are traveling near Braemar.

Great accommodation, there is everything and it is very clean. Conveniently located near the city center. In addition, Tom is a great host, welcoming and helpful. We recommend it!

Everything was according to the description, Sam provided many wonderful recommendations for the attractions in Edinburgh. We loved the magical Harry Potter atmosphere of the apartment. I will recommend this place for everyone! (Even for the Muggles)

Jamie’s lovely house is definitely where you should choose to stay when visiting the highlands. The house takes only 5-10 minutes walk to city center of Inverness, where you can find some good restaurants as Jamie’s recommendation . The room itself is super clean and well-organized, everything are exactly perfect, including the bed and bathroom in the room. As for the breakfast, I never expect this, but I think it is even better then some of the four star hotels. With the superb quality and such a good price, this is probably the best bnb I’ve ever stayed in!

We had a great stay with Chris! The location was ideal…only a ~7min walk to the bridge and access to restaurants and other city offerings. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with yummy snacks (& even a little whiskey!). Chris definitely knows how to make a delicious made-to-order breakfast! I appreciated his communication l, not just during our stay but even before our arrival, making some great suggestions of places to see along our drive to Inverness. Chris is a wonderful host…we enjoyed chatting with him each day!

Excellent B&B! We stayed in the Balmoral room, which was very spacious, had a charming patio overlooking gorgeous pastures and mountains. The bathroom was also large and lovely! Very comfortable bedding and access to good wifi, TV, and tea cart when winding down at night. The breakfast was phenomenal! Absolutely loved the eggs benedict, the home cooking and baking was superb. Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights! Hosts were friendly and had good recommendations for local diners and activities.

The room in Jessica’s house was the perfect accommodation for a solo traveler, enough space to be comfortable and spread out a little, with a very comfortable and warm bed, right next to the bathroom, with soundproofing good enough that you will barely notice other people using it. Jessica herself was an amazing host who did her utmost to make me welcome, even offering the occasional food and beverages; never intrusive, always helpful, with some great recommendations for things to do in the city and beyond. Jessica was also just a great and colourful conversationist with many an interesting story to tell. Don’t hesitate to book a stay with her.

Laura and Castlecroft B&B were a welcomed rest after a long travel day. Laura greeted us and gave us a quick tour and let us get settled in after arriving later than expected. She pointed us to a wonderful dinner spot and the next morning we had the best breakfast! We also came with our toddler and Laura made her feel right at home. Highly recommend Laura and the Castlecroft for a stay!

I had to get used to the new style of B&B nowadays in Scotland. You get everything but a breakfast. This is quite useful, if you like to do some walks that are taking some hours and you don't like to wait for a normal breakfast time to start your walk. Staying with Robert was great, as you have a lot of space. A big kitchen for your own style of breakfast, a living room to meet other guest. Thanks a lot, we would love to come again.

We had a the lovely few days at Carol's house; the bedroom and bathroom were lovely and very comfortable and beautifully clean. Carol cooked us a delicious breakfast each day, and was very accommodating with providing an early breakfast for my husband when he had to leave early the first morning and then cooking me breakfast later. The area is beautiful, and we would love to return to see more of it. Finally, Carol & her husband were very friendly and made us feel very at home. We would highly recommend!

Great accommodation for one night. Super friendly and helpful host. Easy to find accommodation with the directions provided. Bedroom with private bathroom. Small room and bathroom but we only had a small trolley and small backpacks, so we were quite comfortable. Great breakfast.
