The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Welcome to our cozy Farmer's cottage located on beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forest, and read. In the yard there is a barbecue area and surfaces for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. Welcome!

Spacious accommodation in a large house with a large yard and proximity to nature. Idyllic location by the river! Suitable for those who want peace and quiet with the northern lights that may light up the sky. Activities such as skiing, snowmobiling and food over an open fire can be arranged directly on the farm. You can go out into the snow directly from the house.

Room in my house with two beds, shared kitchen toilet and shower. I might be home, or not. Dog is living in the house, don't be allergic. She's really the best dog there is, very kind, makes no fuzz. If I'm not home, neither is dog. You have to weigh less that 100 kg due to wall mounted toilet. It WILL break otherwise.
