Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Two double bedrooms and combined study and bedroom with nice view .Fully equipped kitchen . Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are available. Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

The Cube, accommodation on a small island.

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant tranquility on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Nice sea view. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi that holds 38 degrees year round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin.

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Balconies with wind protection, sun chairs and dining tables for our guests. You have the beach directly below, quiet and nice. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Welcome to our cozy Farmer's cottage located on beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forest, and read. In the yard there is a barbecue area and surfaces for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. Welcome!
