Our charming cottage, located by a lake on an older forest-clad headland, is a sanctuary for all those who want to experience the Swedish wilderness. Summer offers midnight sun and good fishing for pike and perch. Record-sized trout have also been caught here! Winter usually offers northern lights or beautiful moonlight and then it is usually the lake that grabs the fishing enthusiasts' attention. In the spring ice fishing, you can catch large whitefish and whitefish.

Fridfulla Stenrike nära havet o skogen!

This time of year, you can enjoy the sofa in front of the stove, after a walk/ski trip in the woods towards a mountain peak with a view or a walk along a cozy winding forest road (reflectors are required). Another trip of 2-3 km, is after the river walk to the city center. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants and Byske Värdshus, a thrift store and a curio shop! A bathhouse is also possible to visit. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, in the middle of pine forest and with a little sea view!

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Welcome to the farmhouse "Bagarstugan" at Barksjögården: an old farmhouse that is under renovation. A single-story house with all the amenities needed. Perfect for the family/group of friends. Bedlinen and towels are included. Enjoy a walk or go skiing along the ski trail just 100 meters from the farm. Close to ski trails where dogs are allowed. 5-minute drive to grocery store and pizzeria. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing animals. Welcome to our cozy Farfarsstuga, located on the beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our northern farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forests, and read. The Northern Lights season is here! Now there are good opportunities to see the Northern Lights at Hållgården. On the property, there is a barbecue area and areas for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. Welcome!

Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!
