A large monitor and standing desk makes it easy to work or stream movies using our gigabit Wi-Fi. Easy parking and bus access.

Just a couple blocks away from hiking trails in Tilden Regional Park and down the road from the Berkeley Rose Garden. Features an outdoor seating area, 2-burner stove w/ range hood, 4-in-1 oven/microwave, mini fridge, shower, efficient room heaters, and a workspace.

This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. Private garden cottage in the heart of Berkeley's Gilman District. Located well off the street. Good quality mattress, kitchenette & small new bathroom. There's a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The cottage is not set up for cooking. A short walk to Whole Foods, Biergarten, Funky Elephant, and others. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
