Apt has covered patio with outdoor dining & gas grill. You have access to wood firepit w/seating & picnic table. There's also a pavilion w/gas firepit & table w/seating overlooking Current River Bay. No smoking in apt. No pets.

We are offering our studio apartment that is attached to our farming garage to be rented out nightly. Accommodations are 1 queen bed, 1 set of bunk beds, futon, private owned lake, fire pit, great place to take a walk or run, wildlife and livestock.
