Gli spazi in casa sono molto ampi e arieggiati, i panorami bellissimi dalla zona giorno si vede il mare e dalla zona notte tutta la collina. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore. Dista dalla stazione ferroviaria di Silvi circa 1 km, e dalla fermata dall autobus 500 metri.
