Beachfront vacation rentals in Pineto

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great weekend in Pescara with friends, and this place was just perfect! Very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and conveniently located close to the city center and the beach. Cinzia was adorable from start to finish: very friendly, available, and always ready to give good advice, especially on restaurants and places not to be missed. She really made our stay easier. I recommend this place with my eyes closed! Thanks again for everything 🥰

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Sandra was an amazing host, very helpful, kind and accommodating. She looked after us, and helped with any questions and recommendations. Sandra always responded very quickly and made us feel very at home in her Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, despite it being quite quiet at this time of year.

Clean and tidy apartment, it has a large shaded terrace that can be used from breakfast to dinner, with views of the pool and sea. From the terrace you can access a small garden that leads directly to the pool. A short walk from Via Verde, the bike path on the seafront of the Trabocchi coast.

Comfortable, clean accommodation with attention to the smallest details. Host available, clear and friendly. I'll be back at the first time.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment is great. The furnishings are a bit outdated, but the view makes up for it. The bathrooms were great and modern. It is very suitable for a family. Suitable for more families or friends, as you are in a very confined space. The building is very well maintained and the residents are very friendly. Under the house is a cafe for breakfast and in the area anyway a large offer.

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts, very nice reception, care during the stay and farewell. Tastefully furnished, spacious apartment with great views of the very nearby sea. We felt almost at home and already miss sitting on the balcony in the morning or afternoon and hearing the sea rush.

We had a great stay. Elvin is a great host who helped directly with all questions, is super friendly and even had food ready for us on arrival. The apartment is large, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The balcony is very large and the apartment is close to the sea. At the adjacent tennis court you can play for €5/person. person for 5€/hour.

Enrico made us feel so welcome. He took so much time to make sure that we were settled in and knew where to go out for the evening. He even parked my car for me after helping me find a parking space. We only stayed there for a short while but would thoroughly recommend Enrico and his lovely apartment

A very nice apartment in a great location. Very close to the sea and right in the center of town. From the airport 20 min by bus - otherwise no transport is necessary, as everything you need & want to see (museums, etc.) is within walking distance. In the apartment was everything we needed in towels, bedding, kitchen utensils & good Wi-Fi. A recommendation for anyone who wants to experience some Italian flair away from the big cities :)

Guido and Cristina were amazing hosts! Their place was clean, beautiful, and perfect for our family, we’re adults traveling with a baby, and they made sure everything was comfortable and welcoming. They were incredibly responsive to every request, and Cristina’s warm, always-smiling presence added so much joy to our trip. Thanks to them, our experience was unforgettable, and Pescara became even more beautiful. Highly recommend for families or anyone seeking a wonderful stay!

This was our second time in Roseto and we got the apartment for a fantastic price. The view from the balcony was unprecedented.. seriously you could stand there all day looking at the beach of the mountains! It was such an easy stay with Lucilla offering her help every step of the way. Very close to shops and literally ten steps to the beach and with such a beautiful apartment, we are now looking to come back again very very soon!
