Apartment vacation rentals in Pineto

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

I highly recommend staying in this place, Selene was very nice, helpful, quickly replied to messages, gave many local recommendations and welcomed us nicely! :) from the accommodation everything was close, to the beach and to the city center! :) the bus from the airport stops right at the accommodation :) I was in Pescarra for the weekend and this accommodation worked perfectly! ☺️☺️

Our stay was incredible! The view is unbeatable. The hosts are such friendly people and went above and beyond our expectations of helping us out. Rosetta and Marco helped me get to where I needed to go and made sure I was safe and sound. They were quick to respond and very helpful with great recommendations. As they said, renting a car is the best bet in this area.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. Apartment as described, super equipped. The hosts are always kind and helpful, Luca and Paola make you feel at home, really prepared and passionate about what they do, it's thanks to people like you if you can enjoy great wine! This unit is in the historic area of Penne. Francesco told us ahead of time which street to find parking. He had his wife communicate with us because she is fluent in English. She proactively sent us information about the Good Friday procession and checked periodically to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Very communicative! The unit is small, but it worked perfectly for us. We really like Penne and the area. Hope to be back soon!

The apartment was clean, with excellent location, on a wlking distance to restaurants, magazines. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paola's place in Teramo. Paola was a very attentive host and quick to respond.

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Giancarlo's apartment, a real slice of paradise nestled in the rolling hills of Teramo. Since our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and helpfulness, and we immediately felt at home. The real star of this experience was undoubtedly the absolute peace that reigns in this place: the silence is interrupted only by the sounds of nature, and every morning we woke up to the song of birds and a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It's the perfect place for those looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the city. The apartment is well cared for in every detail, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

We had a nice week in Luca's house, a very helpful person and attentive to all requests and needs. The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The air conditioner in the living area made moments of family sharing pleasant and cool. The two bedrooms are refreshed by a fan. The area where the house is located is central, full of bars and evening events (shows, concerts, piano bars, markets, etc.). The nearest equipped beach is about a 3-4 minute walk, while the free one is a little further away about a 10-minute walk. The village of Pineto is beautiful and very clean. Thanks to Luca.

We stayed a week as a couple plus a child, the apartment is small but nothing is missing, there is air conditioning in the rooms, very quiet, everything very clean, they also left us a bed rail for the child since he slept with us. The location is central for walking, near the sea and shops to get the essentials. Nicola and Vera are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

The apartment is a few meters from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have more luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Everything is perfect!

Marco was extremely kind, attentive and available. In addition, he is a biker and passionate about mechanics (he drives a 2CV Charleston and a Harley!!!). His wife is lovely too, and even speaks a little French. A very nice time. A good pizzeria is 2.5 km away...

My family and I traveled from Knoxville, TN to Sant'Omero to visit relatives! We were absolutely blown away by this Air B&B. Not only was the home extremely clean with amenities including full bathrooms, kitchen, pool, but also the views were incredible. We were greeted at the front door and given a tour of the home. The host was responsive, polite, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond as a host. We had a wonderful time and will remember this trip forever! I hope to visit again and stay here!! This was easily our most enjoyable experience with Air B&B.

We stayed in the accommodation located in Teramo outside the historic center, but close to the highway exit. Really easy to get to. In addition, the house is renovated inside, very spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We had a great time!
