The house is on three levels: on the ground floor, there is space for bicycles and scooters, a laundry room and a small bathroom; on the first floor, a veranda with barbecue, kitchen, dining room, main bathroom and living room/third bedroom; on the second floor, two bedrooms with independent air conditioning.

The house is located on a high hill about 600 meters above sea level and is located within a small village. It is 1.5 km from the parking lot of the village of Metato, this last stretch is a narrow and steep path accessible with small 4WD cars, the owner can put at your disposal a Fiat Panda, to be used exclusively from the parking lot to the house.
