The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Two bicycles are included in the rental price from May to the end of September, perfect for exploring the area. Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per day from June 1 to September 30, for a maximum of 7 consecutive days (e.g., for a 10-day stay, you only pay for 7).
