Great, house very well prepared to welcome guests, bed linens, bath, kitchen utensils, etc. We rented the house exclusively to go to Beto Carrero, and it served us perfectly, we went and returned on foot to the park. Roberto and Mary were super helpful and friendly, I asked to check out a little after the standard time and I was promptly attended to. The only thing I missed was a television, otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect and we look forward to returning. The place is beautiful and the hosts are extremely friendly and kind. We already miss Fred!!

The house is beautiful, super comfortable, well-equipped and was all clean. It is very close to Beto Carrero, so it is excellent for those who are going to the park. Communication with the host was also very smooth and she helped me with all my needs quickly. I recommend it!

We were very well received by the host Sandra, a person with a super high spirit, very lively, she soon gave us all the suggestions of places such as supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants that are very close to the place, introduced us to the house that totally matches the ad, a beautiful and cozy property, everything very clean, fragrant and organized, my family and I love everything, and there has already been an agreement between us, when we return to Penha we will definitely stay with Sandra again, the house is everything as described in the ad, everything well organized and new, we have nothing to complain about… thank you Sandra for providing such a wonderful stay for us !!!

My stay was wonderful, the house is complete with everything, only the living room fan is very weak and does not cool, but you can turn on the air conditioning in the bedrooms that cools the whole house. The condominium pool is heated, a delight, my daughters loved it.

The apartment is impeccable. Ideal for 4 people with very well-equipped rooms. The balcony with a barbecue and ocean view was the best part of the place. Ana is always very polite and responsive in her answers and directions. We loved it very much and it is certainly a place to return to more often!

The stay was excellent. Everything was very clean and organized. The only "drawback" is that the parking spaces are in a corridor and you need to keep talking to the other guests to organize the order of the cars according to each other's schedules, but the street is super quiet and safe and we left the car on the street a few times.

The stay was very good!! The apartment is as it is announced, great accommodations, gas shower and with good pressure, the barbecue is great, cleaning the rooms and laundry utensils. Whenever it took something Rafael answered us quickly. The building complex with swimming pool, courts, gym, all very good. More than recommended
