For those who love the beach, sun and sea, 50 meters from the sand of the beach, clear sand and clean water. Very close to the beach. Very comfortable, complete house, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fan in all rooms, well-ventilated house, very bright, with balconies, hammocks, charcoal barbecue, large patio, covered garage, parking inside the patio for 2 more cars, close to markets and commerce in general. We accept small pets. No more than 1 pet. 🦮

Strictly family-friendly, no loud music and parties and/or gatherings of people will be allowed. The use of any tobacco, natural or electronic, is not allowed in the patio, garden or inside the house. Pets are not allowed. The site aims to provide guests with peace amidst the nature of the sea.

On the side balcony you can sit quietly and watch the birds who come to eat in a feeder hanging from the tree, with the sea view. The house is 100 meters from Alegre Beach and 7 km from the largest theme park in South America, Beto Carrero World. We have free Wi-Fi for guests.
