A very positive experience, nice, clean space, good beds and great bathroom/shower and that's all we want on a beach Arbnb. City Council has met my family's expectations well. We recommend it!

The apartment is impeccable. Ideal for 4 people with very well-equipped rooms. The balcony with a barbecue and ocean view was the best part of the place. Ana is always very polite and responsive in her answers and directions. We loved it very much and it is certainly a place to return to more often!

The accommodation was wonderful! The apartment was extremely clean, we were greeted with a treat and Rafael was super proactive and polite! We received very well. The apartment is very beautiful and has an amazing view of the beach! The bed linen was white, which makes us more comfortable about cleanliness, which by the way, was impeccable. All bedrooms have automatic blackout, which was indispensable for us as we had a 1-year-old baby. Cecilia answered the messages quickly, clearing up any doubts and making us feel at ease. The home club space is wonderful! The swimming pool is heated, which helped to better enjoy the cloudy and rainy days. I will certainly return!

Our stay at Renival's apartment was excellent! Clean, organized, well-equipped, new environment with a breathtaking view. Renival was extremely attentive, providing us with all the necessary support, always available and cordial, really above average. The condominium structure is worthy of 5 stars. In the vicinity, everything is very practical: bakery, ice cream parlor, fish market, among other amenities. The only observation is the music from the bar in the pool area, which clashed with the place's proposal of tranquility and sophistication. The loud volume and musical style left something to be desired. In such a pleasant environment, the ideal would be to enjoy the natural sounds: the sea, the wind, the children playing… … or, simply changing the playlist. Still, it was a very positive experience and we will certainly return and recommend it!

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

We very much like the house, very close to the beach, air-conditioning in all the rooms, great location, very close to the beach, extremely kind host, in short, it was very pleasant our stay, I certainly recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Nelly, a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is as shown in the photos, everything is very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well-kept furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing, the internet in the house is great, comfortable living room, barbecue space, everything is perfect with a beautiful view of the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, I recommend it and I will certainly come back more times😍

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

The house is wonderful. Super clean, organized, with everything new. The beds are very comfortable and the bath towels are of great quality. The TV has streaming services available. Basic items for the stay are also available: loofah, detergent, soaps in the bathroom sinks, salt and sugar and dishcloth. Ana's service was great, with clear instructions and quick and flexible check-in. The location is great for those who want to go to Beto Carrero. Less than 10 minutes by car. In addition, the region is residential, with a supermarket nearby and a sense of security I'll be back and recommend it to friends

The beach front swimming pool is the highlight of this property. We spent hours relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sun and the sea breeze. The outdoor area is well cared for, with comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful setting. The house location is just just just just just perfect! Just a few steps from the beach, the convenience of having the beach so close has made all the difference for us.

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and having a barbecue, the condominium was super organized, there is a grocery store that was great, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Wesley, due to a problem with the apartment I looted, suggested to me options of apartments in the same or even better standard of the previous one, allowed flexible check-in due to the incident. The condominium employees are always respectful and diligent, all areas of the condominium great to enjoy in family, cinema, game room, toy library, gym, sauna, all always very clean and easy to book. Simply PERFECT stay!

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!
