Wonderful Summer House! Great location, close to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, butcher shop, local shops and restaurant! It is 50 meters from the Central Health Center, and 300 meters from the beach, which is considered one of the cleanest in SC, with a blue flag rating. Nearby leisure: Beto Carreiro World Park - Penha Oceanographic Museum - Bal. Piçarras Located in the center of Balneário Piçarras, 300 meters from the beach. Rua 1800, No. 189.
