Only 600 meters from the beach! Cozy and well located house, close to bakeries, markets and restaurants. It has 1 queen-size bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed (ideal for 2 children or 1 adult), comfortably accommodating 5 to 6 people. Clean, functional environment with basic kitchen items and bed linen. Note: we do not offer bath towels. Close to Grant Beach, it is possible to take a boat trip to Grant Island, as well as Piçarras Beach, and it is only 15 km from Beto Carrero Park

Hello family! At Casa da Penha, we are located very close to the wonderful 23 beaches (Quilombo 2min, Bacia ds Vovó and Saudade 4min and more) of our region, as well as Beto Carreiro (6min). We'll be happy to welcome you. If you want, we have many tips about our region (the best beaches, hikes, tours and cuisine). We love this place, one day it was our dream to live here, today we make it a point to make an amazing place for you and your family in this peaceful accommodation.

Our space is a beautiful house facing the sea of Balneário Piçarras. Exclusive and comfortable, this house is ideal for couples and families to experience pleasant moments. Strictly family-friendly, no loud music and parties and/or gatherings of people will be allowed. The use of any tobacco, natural or electronic, is not allowed in the patio, garden or inside the house. Pets are not allowed. The site aims to provide guests with peace amidst the nature of the sea.

The house is 100 meters from Alegre Beach and 7 km from the largest theme park in South America, Beto Carrero World. We have free Wi-Fi for guests.
