The apartment was the perfect location for a young family. Sabine was a wonderful host, communicating brilliantly, welcoming us on arrival and making us and the kids feel at home the whole time, with so many toys and outdoor activities available to us. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed, with great views from the balcony. The location is superb, everything we needed was a short walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben 3 dagen doorgebracht in de Italiaanse Dolomieten, in het fantastische vakantiehuis van Monika. Ons verblijf heeft aan al onze wensen voldaan; een mooi, comfortabel en schoon huis, gelegen op een geweldige plek op een berghelling, en alle privacy die je kunt wensen. Monika heeft haar best gedaan om ons te verwennen, en bracht zelfs een paar lekkernijen voor ons langs (heerlijke taart en lekkere strudel)! De laatste 3 km naar het huis toe waren uitdagend; maar doordat het zeer rustig was met overig verkeer zijn er nooit spannende situaties voorgekomen. Wij vinden dit huis een absolute aanrader voor natuur- en rustzoekers, die op een bijzondere locatie een schitterend uitzicht op de Dolomieten zoeken.

Die „Hobbithöhle“ ist wirklich ein ganz besonderer Ort – wunderschön gestaltet und mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (vor allem für Herr der Ringe Fan’s). Man spürt in jedem Winkel, wie viel Herzblut hier drin steckt. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, warm und einfach zauberhaft – genau so stellt man sich eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag vor. Auch die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön – ruhig, idyllisch und perfekt zum Entspannen oder für Spaziergänge in der Natur. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – es war einfach perfekt!

Wir haben uns zu fünft sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Gastgeberin kam zum Geburtstag sogar mit Blumen vorbei, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Buchung und der Check-In war sehr einfach und angenehm. Als Ausgangslage für Klettertouren und Wanderungen war die Lage perfekt! Und wann kann man schon mal mit Blick auf die Berge frühstücken. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten einer super schöne Zeit, in einem traumhaft schönen Haus. Die Sauna reicht für 3 Personen was uns genügte. Kommunikation mit dem Host war freundlich, nett und vor allem schnell. Parken ging problemlos direkt vor dem Eingang. Und der Spar (Supermarkt) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

heel mooi verblijf! alles was heel schoon en het voelde heel huiselijk. alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. het is tot nu toe echt de schoonste airbnb die we hebben gehad. we zouden dit zeker aanraden. host is super aardig en kwam op de aankomstdag even kennismaken, heel attent :)

We stayed at Nadin’s place for a week for skiing and enjoyed it every moment. The apartment comes with a nice view of the mountains and a little garden in front where you can sit to soak in the sun and enjoy the view. The place was clean and warm inside, it had a shed for the ski equipment and a parking slot for our car. Nadin was very helpful and recommended many local activities and places to eat. We hope to be back soon.
