Sunny location 550m from the outskirts of the historic wine village of S. Paolo, in the midst of vineyards and castles. Breathtaking views towards Bolzano,Latemar,Sciliar. Parking directly in front of the house. The village center is approx 1.5 km away and is easily reached by public bus that stops in front of the house. Dogs allowed: SMALL SIZE ONLY.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Apartment in sunny Cornaiano

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
