The Paterhof - living in historic walls

The Father's Residence in Kaltern, located in the Oberplanitzing district, is a historic building and was once the southernmost base of the Tegernsee monastery. Located on the first floor, the Father's Residence still features architectural details such as the Baroque coffered ceiling depicting St. Quirinus, the patron saint of Tegernsee. Old wooden doors, creaky floors and stucco work on the walls lend it a historical flair, while the new bathroom and furnishings ensure comfort.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
