But the works created by the simple hand of the farmer certainly do not disfigure in the panorama that opens before your eyes. "...may your walk be light, traveler, and your heart light."

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

La Dolce Vita - Marie Leonie's House

This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of tranquility. The 5,000 square meter property is completely fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation. Surrounded by 150 olive trees, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The house has two apartments (single rental possible), each with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well as three large bathrooms. Air conditioning on request.

Villa Poderina

Villa Poderina is a typical pink stone cottage furnished in a beautiful country chic style, gently nestled on the bank of the Candigliano river located in the Marche hinterland with a wonderful panoramic view. Set in the garden, spacious and very well cared for, the beautiful pool is located, while a few meters inside the property you can access the charming unspoiled river beach with private access where you can take relaxing baths or walk paths.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The Orto della Lepre BnB is a small family-run business, which we conceive as a window on our fairytale hills. Our houses are five (Timo, Ortica, Alloro, Salvia, and Pimpinella), built with great attention to energy sustainability and in absolute respect for the environment. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, walk barefoot, and find your own rhythms and thoughts in the quiet of nature and in contact with your affections.

At the foot of Mount San Vicino, on a beautiful hill 420 meters above sea level, in complete tranquility and easily accessible, you can enjoy a beautiful 360-degree view, from the Sibillini Mountains to the Gola della Rossa. Easily reachable in 15 minutes Fabriano, in 20 minutes the beautiful caves of Frasassi, in 30 minutes Gubbio and in 60 minutes Senigallia or the Bay of Conero, in 20 minutes the ducal city of Camerino.

This small but comfortable house is located in the middle of the Marche hills, around the garden of the house passes the provincial road to Corinaldo, a beautiful village that is about two km away and can also be reached on foot during the day. The house is surrounded by a large garden with a hedge. The house is a few kilometers from the famous Senigallia beach.

The position close to the 14th century walls, the recovery of materials in the architectural solutions and the great attention to detail in the decoration, make the rooms a place of the heart. Not a simple place to pass, but a space to live in. It adapts to the idea of conscious, experiential tourism, looking for “ hidden” itineraries outside of the great traditional tourist flows.
