Amazing spot to stay. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk from Bangla Road and the main shopping centres. Close enough to enjoy the action of Patong, yet far enough to avoid being disturbed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We requested While there is some low-level street noise, it wasn’t intrusive, and the front desk thoughtfully provides free earplugs for anyone who might be sensitive to it. We didn’t need them, but it was a nice touch. Breakfast was included and served in the front desk area, which was clean and offered excellent service. There’s also a pool available for guest use, though we didn’t bring towels and decided not to use the pool this time. Overall, this is a great choice for a short stay.

Great condo with an amazing view and swimming pool

Nice hotel, 3 minutes to the beach, there are many restaurants and shops nearby where you can buy all the little things.

Decent room with nice bed. Very interesting hotel with all the cats. The owners are so kind.

A good place located close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and food markets. Also conveniently placed for pickup for many of the day trips from Phuket to the other islands.

Lovely hospitality in a clean and tidy complex with amazing location

Great hotel, everything corresponds to 4 stars. Spotlessly clean pool, no mosquitoes, great staff attitude, great breakfasts (you need to ask for an omelette or pancakes). I recommend the Family rooms, very spacious with the kitchen, my child of 1.5 years old was very comfortable, the room is perfect, everything is new. Very quiet. There is a hospital nearby, very convenient. Near Tesco and 7eleven, we went to eat every day.

It was a wonderful stay for 5 days, everything was clean, they clean the room every day. The swimming pool is amazing. The view from the small apartment is very beautiful. Thank you.

Very nice place, there is 711 downstairs, next to the night market, the room is very quiet.

Stayed there for the night as the next day flight to Malaysia. Would come back, very great, green garden and a swimming pool. Staff very nice, including airport shuttle in the morning at 5:50! to the airport.

We absolutely loved it here. Sayfon is the most patient and friendly host, she helped us with every question or issue we had and even let us check out late. The room was spacious, comfy and was even cleaned during our stay, although we only stayed for two nights. The hostel is right next to the night market and within walking distance to Kata beach, with lots of restaurants and bars close by, and still you couldn’t hear any outside noise inside the room. We would come back anytime!

Absolutely gorgeous 5 day getaway stay, the Lodge was exactly as described, an urban farm haha. Simple, sustainable, quiet and friendly. Good AC in the room, and good wifi in the restaurant area, I worked there for an entire day just dipping in and out of the pool. Easy checkin and checkout, and the Skoot scooter app they recommended was great as well. Would definitely recommend getting a motorbike because otherwise it’s a bit far to Patong, big Buddha and any of the beaches. (Also the bikes on those mountain roads are just hella fun.) I also loved that it was a sustainable setup as well, not using much energy at all and using rainwater as a water source. Overall a fantastic, good value stay. Great vibes :) thanks !

Fist off all I want to staff by saying the Staff at be live residence are fantastic and treat you like family.. very accommodating example. I needed a rack to dry all my clothing and they delivered one to my door for me along with hangers I also reached out for a squeegee for water in bathroom floors and one was provided that day cannot express enough how great staff are here. Pricing is very fair the rooms provide a great balanced all around spot for a vacation, a great area if you wanted to use the location for a basecamp for getting a taste off all Phuket has to offer besides your typical touristy areas. Cleaning provided daily Thank You kindly I will be back

Good size bedroom, small bath room but did the job. Good firm bed with pristine white sheets. The room was serviced every day - free instant coffee and bottled water provided. All 👍

My wife and I are happy with our trip to Thailand, including this great place to stay and its host Nivatu. Nivat arranged for us to transfer from the airport with a large convenient car, we were met in the house, answered questions about the road to the beach and the location of restaurants in the area. The bungalow is perfectly clean, cleaned every day, regularly changed towels and brought drinking water. The house is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living, a large bed, refrigerator, microwave oven, but there is no stove(it may be important for those who are accustomed to cooking themselves), however, the description of the property does not indicate that there is no kitchen. There is also no iron, we needed it to prepare for the photo shoot. The first request was brought to us, for which we were grateful. I was especially surprised and pleased with the shower under the open sky! It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach, there are a large number of restaurants, benches, there is a taxi stand. There is a closed courtyard with a parking lot. We would definitely recommend this vacation bungalow!
