What guests are saying:“The villa is very nice and it has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. It has a lovely backyard, and nice sundeck and pool to help you cool off on the hot day. The place was cleaned twice a week, and everything was spotless, fresh and very clean. The gardening was done twice a week and they cleaned the pool as well. The villa is close to the beach (5 minutes drive), and 10 minutes walking to the main street with various shops and restaurants. This villa is located in the gated area with security guards, and well taken care off. It was nice to take walks in the evening. The host was very helpful and responsive. Breck was always available to help us with anything or answer any questions if needed. It was an amazing stay, and highly recomended. We would be happy to come back and stay at the villa again in the future.”

What guests are saying:“Had a brilliant stay at Elena’s apartment in Karon. Amazing views and a lovely balcony to watch the sunset from. Close to the beach and plenty of room for our family of four including a very active 3 and 1 year old to run around in. The kids toys that were there helped keep them entertained. Elena was on hand to help us with any problems and give lots of great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. She responded very quickly to any issues we may have had and did her upmost to resolve them quickly. Would recommend this apartment if you still want to be close enough to walk to everything but a little bit away from all the hustle and bustle. The apartment is on a main road below but it didn’t really bother us at all. And you can not hear any traffic noise once the balcony doors are closed.”

This villa is built on a single level,with 3 bedrooms in the main house and the 4 th one in an independent bungalow. 3 meter-high ceilings and huge glass sliding doors make the villa very bright and confortable. The 4 bdr have a direct access to the outdoor area and the salted swimming pool. The materials and design are the most luxurious that can be found in Rawai.
