We had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s home in Arizona! The house was spotless when we arrived and had such a cozy, welcoming feel. The location was perfect — just a quick drive to both Phoenix and Scottsdale, which made it easy to explore and enjoy all kinds of activities. Kyle was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the house itself — whether we were hanging out by the pool or enjoying the peaceful views by the water, it was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

We were just passing through on a road trip and this was the best place we stopped along the way! So clean and welcoming, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! We got the best sleep here! We just wish we would have had more time!

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for a great price. A bit of a drive though if you’re looking to go to Phoenix or Scottsdale. Would definitely recommend getting a rental car.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. Second time I've stayed. The home, furnishing, landscaping and view are so very special. This time I noticed the birds who sang and gave an amazing show. So many varieties! Saw several hummingbirds which tickled me. Nancy and Lon are remarkable people who find great joy sharing their home. They give complete privacy. I would plan a trip to Phoenix just to enjoy this home and the remarkable view!

Derek’s place was amazing very easy to check in. Super clean in all areas very comfy bed and all kitchen amenities. Air conditioning worked well close to a convenient store and restaurants. It was well worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again Derek

Very pleasant place. Nice to not have to stay in a hotel and still be near everything downtown. James was a great host and I would stay there again if I am in Phoenix.

This studio was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was about a 6 or 7 minute drive from the convention center and restaurants. The train is also pretty close.

Aracely’s Airbnb was very clean, comfortable & in a great location. The Historic Roosevelt neighborhood was very quiet & lovely. We enjoyed Phoenix & we will definitely be back.

we loved staying in the Canal unit! it was the perfect amount of space for us along with the outdoor areas to hangout. the place was in great condition and the location was so close to everything we wanted to do! we’d love to come back :)

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying at Caleb’s place for a show. It is such a cozy, enjoyable home. It’s very well stocked, clean & stylish. There’s always easy street parking & Caleb is responsive. Next time we’re in Phoenix, we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
