The place was a 10/10!! The pictures are beautiful, but it's even more beautiful in person that the pictures don't even do it justice😩😮‍💨 The blinds and AC were easy to figure out, clear instructions, and the house is BEAUTIFUL, best vacation home for sure and was worth the price paid for it! Enjoyed the house more than going out for once🥰The house was huge, me and my guests became kids playing hide and go seek in the dark lol and a time was had😝 Thank you so much to the wonderful hosts and I will be renting again💓😌Book and get the chance to stay in a $1.3 Million dollar home🥰! It was so beautiful we had to look up the selling price😩Thank you again to the wonderful hosts and Airbnb for listing this exquisite Property and home!

Beautiful home, the pool was amazing, super easy to find and near a lot of amenities, close to the highway definitely reccomend staying here.

Definitely met my expectations and beyond. Will be planning future trips to Kates location. It was well worth it 100 percent.

Our stay at Adam’s place was incredible! The house was very clean and just as described. We spent a lot of time in the backyard by the pool and in the lounging area, it had everything you would need and was also very private and perfect for relaxing. The surrounding area was beautiful and there were a lot of accommodations nearby which was a huge plus. Adam was also a great host and very responsive! We highly recommend this place if you’re in the area :)

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

I cannot say enough about this home. We arrived kind of late and got right in thanks to the instructions. We settled in nicely and felt right at home. Waking up the next morning to the beautiful scenery we were not able to see in the dark the night before, immediately started our day off wonderfully. We made a cup of coffee and sat by the pool, soaking it all in. The home is beautiful and well stocked/furnished. Curtis was a great communicator and answered all of my questions within minutes. I kept saying the whole time we were there that we will book again! By far our best stay yet 10 out of 10!

Meghan and Chad have set the bar high! Their home was very inviting with its open space concept and contemporary modern appeal! From the plug-able charger ports in the couches, to the towel warmer in the bathroom to the sound machine, their home provided amenities that elevated our experience. Thorough, responsive, considerate and detail oriented was our experience communicating with them as well. I couldn’t be happier to have celebrated life with the ones I love in such a peaceful and homey space! Thanks again Meghan and Chad!

Beautiful place! We felt right at home for the 4 days we stayed. The place was very clean and quiet. Unfortunately it was too hot to grill outside or use the pizza oven but we spent a lot of time in the pool and outside area. Appreciate the early check in as well! Would happily stay here again next time.

We were just passing through on a road trip and this was the best place we stopped along the way! So clean and welcoming, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! We got the best sleep here! We just wish we would have had more time!

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing, amazing stay at the Tempe Jewel. We were in town for a whole week hosting different family members for ASU graduation. Every need we had was anticipated by the hosts, this house is completely stocked with conveniences. We spent every morning on the patio by the pool with our coffee and fire going if it was a little cool. We took grad pictures by the pool and beautiful bougainvillea. The beds were so comfy, the sofas comfortable for several people, plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space, 10 minutes from the airport, campus and anything else. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Thank you!!!

This is an incredible home with an awesome backyard and huge master suite. It is a great place to spend time enjoying the beautiful amenities and surrounding area. Would highly recommend!

AMAZING. The house was clean and even better than the photos. The backyard, where we spent most of our time, was incredible. We layed by the pool, swam, played mini golf, ping pong, and pickleball, BBQed, and ate meals at the large table outside, and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The pool skimmer was broken when we arived on a windy day and we needed one to clear some mesquite debris out of the pool. Javier ordered a new skimmer and we received it the same day! VERY responsive and quick to resolve even a minor issue. We truly enjoyed our stay and will surely be back! 10/10!

Dean thought of everything you’d need to stay at his Airbnb! It was pristine to begin with and a nice touch was the thoughtful gift basket he left for us! It’s in an excellent location to be able to walk to many restaurants and shops or just take a leisurely stroll. In the garage he has a container which has blow up floats and noodles for the pool which is located right out his front door. Not to close though that you hear the people that are enjoying the pool and the area it in. His theme was a farm house and it showed though out from the bedrooms and baths all way downstairs into the kitchen and living area. There is a beautiful area on his rooftop to sit and read a good book or take a Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy this beautiful spot as we ran out of time, we could have used another day or two! There really is so much one can do staying in Gilbert! A short drive away you have a incredible outdoor Mall called San Tan Village and Old Town Scottsdale, a must see!

We had an a great time at Kristopher's home and we highly recommend staying here. House was warm and made you feel right at home. Everything was very clean and well kept. The pool and spa were pristine my kids loved it and spend ours in the hot tub.

Fantastic place, great communication, well stocked. Perfect for a family. We had a lot of fun. It’s very quiet at night which is huge. We are coming in at the end of the vacation season in Scottsdale, and there were a couple minor things that need to be addressed, but the hosts were super helpful. Only issues we had was the beds were not great, but the hosts were very responsive about that and we saw they had several new mattresses in the garage, so it looks like that’s not an issue. Other thing was the beautiful and comfortable feather bedding. Three in my party are allergic to down/feathers and had some difficulty at nights. I didn’t see that in the listing, but I could have missed it. Alternate bedding options would be nice. Last thing, only a sheet and a comforter. Would have liked a thin blanket in between. Too hot for a comforter, too cool for just a sheet. Would be a 1/2 star deduction, but the rest was so great, I’ll round up. Thanks for a great vacation

I had a wonderful stay at Alane’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — very clean and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, super close to all the attractions and everything I needed for my graduation weekend. Alane was extremely responsive and made communication easy throughout the entire stay. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves — the pool was a great bonus, especially with the hot Arizona weather. Thank you, Alane, for helping make such a special time even more memorable!

This was the perfect home for our recent trip to the area. Plenty of room for the family to spread out, and lots of fun activities in the backyard. The location was super convenient for our needs.
