Quaint, unassuming, peaceful and comfortable space. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and appreciate how close we were to the university. This spot provided everything we needed to dine in, relax and engage in some very much needed rest and relaxation! This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

Wonderful place and incredibly well decorated! My husband and I had a great time staying at Tiko’s place. He was very friendly and gave the clearest check in instructions I’ve ever seen from an AirBnB- SO helpful! The apartment is right under the airport flight path so we heard frequent airplanes, but that didn’t bother us at all.

Jillian’s place was wonderful! The bed was amazingly comfy and had all the amenities I needed for a 3 week stay. The space was just as pictured and quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here for any travel needs. Just a few minutes off the 51!

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

Our stay at Callista’s place was wonderful from start to finish. The home was clean, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. But what really stood out was Callista’s kindness and integrity. I accidentally left my wallet behind after checkout, and she went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned to me. That level of honesty and care is rare, and it meant so much to me. I highly recommend her place not just for the comfort, but for the quality of character behind it. Thank you again, Callista!

Ive stayed a few times and every time I am very happy. The place is clean, Monica is extremely responsive, I love the area and the apartment is clean and beautifully decorated. Very clear instructions for check in and finding the apartment.

Rudy’s place was perfect. My friend and I were out in Tempe for the weekend and chose this home because it was affordable and luxurious. The home was beautiful and spotlesss just like the photos. The host provided beach towels, body wash, and coffee!! The host gave us so much information upon arrival that made check in easy and smooth. We rented a car but there was no need because there were so many places within walking distance. It was the perfect area to stay. Nice and peaceful. Will be staying again in the future! I really enjoyed staying at this location. The host Ryan is very responsive. I really appreciate that the kitchen is fully stocked and that there is a washer and dryer. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to put my things. The refrigerator is decently sized. I only had one very small issue with the refrigerator shelf, when opening the door for the first time. I messaged Ryan and he was kind and responsive. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this location. I love that we have access to the pool and that the entire location is very peaceful. I had very little issues finding it having two different parking spaces to park really helps. I do like that the front door has a gated door in front of it so that if I want to leave the front door open, I can have the other door closed, but the fresh air can come in when it’s cooler at night for a little bit. It’s a beautiful place.

Tracey was a wonderful host. The property was just what we were looking for and the location was great for us. It offered many amenities which we enjoyed using.
