Eric was warm, gracious and welcoming. Went the extra effort to assure our comfort and satisfaction. Property is very well appointed and convenient to all amenities. Highly recommended to discerning guests!

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

Acacia's Airbnb is absolutely beautiful in a gorgeous quiet neighborhood! It has a beautiful tub, shower, work station, kitchen and nice very comfortable living room to relax in the evenings. It was very clean and had all you needed! I highly recommend her place to everyone!!

This was honestly one of my most favorite Airbnb’s! The fenced in dog yard was perfect. I felt completely safe. We parked right out in front, so it was easy to unload the car. Bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom is huge. Plenty of space. Owners are very friendly and easy to get in touch with. Friendly donkey was a bonus as well! We will most definitely return.

Shad and Christy, Were responsive, helpful, and the placed was clean and matched the description. It was a nice place nearby a friends house that I was visiting that weekend. Would like to rent it again next visiting my friend and his family in Phoenix.

I stayed with my oldest daughter to attend my Nephew's wedding. We loved that our space was separate from Carolyn's main house, though it would have been nice to have met during our stay to thank her in person! She loaded-up waters in the mini-fridge and a couple for complementary coffee (which really helped us in the mornings!). I've already advised he that I plan to bring a friend next year for our annual Spring Training trip! But, I'll only bring one travel book; it was like sleeping in a library with a wide selection. Communication was quick and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The home was spotless, cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the essentials exactly as described in the listing and photos. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with wonderful hosts!

We had a wonderful stay while apartment hunting for my son. The home was comfortable, quite and clean. We enjoyed watching the play-off games at a local bar just around the corner. My adult son played basketball at the park down the street. It was located off a main road and easy to get around the city. great parking in front of the house. We would definitely stay again.

Really comfortable bed. Loved the convenient walk-in shower, great for old folks like us. Neighborhood is lovely with beautiful yards and an outstanding variety of cactus y blooming trees. Also, was close to a shopping area with restaurants and a grocery store and drug store. Was a quiet area. No noise at night. Very easy to get into the private apartment…small but had everything we needed. Really enjoyable stay.

They were a blessing to us they let you have your privacy and ask if theres anything ya need beforehand. A big plus was that i had proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes i told them about it and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne on ice for us that just made the trip so much better they were very friendly and i would love to be here again for sure. Thank you guys again we loved your home!!

Our family had a wonderful stay w/Angela & Jason. They were communicative, friendly, & let us know we had the option of an early check-in. Their place was easy to find, check into, & even had yummy welcome snacks & a bottle of wine waiting. They also have an orange tree w/tasty oranges. Our 4-year-old excitedly gathered the couple that fell off the tree every night we came back. Their place probably had the best amenities of anywhere we've ever stayed!!! Anything a guest may have forgotten (razors, feminine products, etc.) were provided. There is plenty of storage space to keep your belongings, something that's not always thought of @ other places. There is also a cute park directly behind the house that was a short walk. We were able to meet up with family who live nearby & the kiddos had a great time playing. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely stay again!

This is my second time staying with Fabiola and both times have been perfect. The location is great, the property feels like home and the hosts are very responsive. I have to be in Phoenix periodically and I will always stay here if it is available.

Adeelah was very informative about the area that it was located and how to get there, they were super responsive even at late times of the day. The airbnb was clean and much bigger than we were expecting which was a plus. Everything was clean and the rooms were very low temperature. It helped a bunch during the hotter days in AZ. The bathroom was very clean and the tub was really spacious. When we had questions about something, Adeelah made sure to respond ASAP which was wonderful. We would reserve this AirBNB again if we chose to come back and visit the state once more.

This is the second time I jave stayed with Gail and it was great just like it was the first time. Would love to stay with her again.

This was my first experience using an Airbnb over a hotel. I had a few questions prior to booking and Howie responded right away, putting my mind at ease. Ultra quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty to do nearby (walking, shops, etc.) Such a charming home. Settled right in without any of the "hotel hassels." It was a warm and inviting environment with all the amenities you could need and everything easy to find. There are little notes all around to discover to keep you smiling with a their touch of humor. He has put his all into ensuring guests (pets included!) comfort. Your pets are family here. Amazing experience that I couldnt recommend more. If you want a true "home away from home" feel, with complete privacy, this is it. Howie and his home are above and beyond. If available in the future, this would be my go to and perhaps a chance to meet the next time (couldnt due to obligations on my end this time). Thank you, Howie! I really appreciate your kindness, thoughtfulness and humor!

We had a great stay at Sara and Moe’s place. The listing and photos were exactly as described, with thoughtful details to make you feel at home. The bed was super comfortable, lush towels, and having a nice washer & dryer, high chair and pack and play were essential for our trip (I traveled solo with my 8 month old). The closet has ample storage space and plenty of hangers for clothes, though some space for folded items/socks/undies would be nice. For those with kids, there is no bathtub (which you can see from the photos), so I brought an inflatable tub and this worked perfectly in the shower. I also brought a mattress and sheets for the pack and play which I’d also recommend for those using it as a crib. Street parking was also very easy with plenty of space. Sara and Moe’s place was extremely accommodating and would stay there again! Thanks for being great hosts!

The Casita was perfect our two-week stay in Tempe. It was close to our son there, yet within 15 minutes of Phoenix and Scottsdale. We did not want to cook in the Casita but rather at our son's. I don't remember if we were told that there is no rangetop or oven. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and grill outside. It is a perfect spot for two people who want a place to crash after long days. The best part of the casita is the bathroom shower. It is so strong and has all the hot water you could ever want! We met Samantha while staying there. Perfectly charming and a wonderful hostess. Barbara Walsh

A lovely stay. Comfortable, clean and everything we needed for a perfect, convenient home base. We indeed felt right at home. It was close in proximity, easy access to nearly everything touristy we wanted to do. Much was just 15, no more than 30 minutes away. Our hosts attention to detail shined: through their communication, accommodations/supplies on hand and tasteful decor. They kindly welcomed us to pick a variety of citrus from the trees in their yard, delicious! And it was a treat to pet the sweet goats, too. Something we don’t get to do everyday.
